UPSEE 2017 Eligibility Criteria

UPSEE 2017 Eligibility Criteria – The UPTU directs UPSEE (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination) to get admission in architecture, engineering, management, pharmacy and many other programs. The interested applicants can apply for UPSEE 2017 (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination) before March 2017 either via online or offline mode. The admit cards will be allotted online to write the exam.

The interested and eligible candidates can apply for UPSEE (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination) (UPTU) 2017 (after the release of official notification) either through online mode or offline mode.

Candidates, those desires to appear the UPSEE (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination) examination must gratify the eligibility criteria before applying for the examination.

UPSEE 2017 Eligibility Criteria

  • The applicants should be the resident of Uttar Pradesh.
  • The applicant must have clearly passed class 12th from a government well-known board for all under Graduate courses.
  • The applicant appearing for the examination should secure a total of 45% (In the case of general applicant) and 40% (In the case of earmarked category applicant) in the succeeding examination.
  • For all Post Graduate courses, the applicants should have cleared the qualification with 50% (45% for earmarked).
  • For lateral entry in B.Tech or B.Pharma, the applicants must have a 3year diploma in the relative field with 45% (40% in case of earmarked applicants).
  • There is no age restriction for Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) 2017.
  • For B.Tech & B.Pharm: The applicants must have qualified Uttar Pradesh Board higher secondary Certificate (HSC) or corresponding examination from a well-known board or university. The applicant must have acquired minimum 45 Percent marks (40 Percent for applicant belonging to Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribe) without grace in required each mandatory subjects and one elective subject taken collectively.
  • For B.Arch.: The applicant must have qualified Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) Uttar Pradesh Board examination or corresponding examination from a documented board or university. The applicant who holds 3 years Diploma in Arch. recognised by Central or State Government can also apply for UPSEE 2017. The applicant must have acquired minimum 50 Percent marks without grace in each mandatory and elective subject.
  • For BFAD/BHMCT/BFA: The applicant must have qualified Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) Uttar Pradesh Board Examination or corresponding examination from a well –known Board or university. The candidate must have acquired minimum 45 Percent marks without any grace marks (40 Percent for applicants belonging to Schedule Caste/ Schedule Tribe) in total.

 UPSEE 2017 Counselling

The UPSEE 2017 ( Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination)  counselling will be declared in the 2nd or 3rd week of June 2017. The counselling will be done on the basis of the notch and the rank secured by the applicants in the UPSEE Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination) 2017 entrance examination.
