UPMT 2017 Application Form

The UPMT 2017 Application Form specifies appearing applicant’s personal details such as phone number, email ID, contact and qualification details, category, application fees, scanned photograph and signature, mode of payment etc. Applicants looking to take admission into undergraduate medical programme can fill the application form from the official website from March, 2017. Only applicants who satisfy the eligibility criteria as mentioned by the conducting authority are eligible. The last date to apply for UPMT 2017 entrance exam is end of April, 2017. Applicants must be ready with all the reuired documents before registering for the examination. Applicant must visit www.hnbumu.ac.in and in online mode only. The UPMT 2017 entrance exam is going to be conducted by the Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University. Applicants can pay their application fees in both online as well as in offline mode as per their conveyance. Applicants should read the guidelines well before applying for the examination.

UPMT 2017 Application Procedure

Step 1: Applicants must visit online on www.hnbumu.ac.in to apply for the examination.

Step 2: Applicants have to register my entering their phone number and email ID and submit it.

Step 3: Applicants need to login and select “User activities” and then click on “Fill application form” and  enter the required details such as private, education and other details as mentioned in the form and save it.

Step 4: Applicants have to upload their recent scanned passport size photograph, signature and left hand thumb impression in JPEG format only.

Step 5: Once the images have been uploaded applicants have to pay their application fees online or offline on or before the due date.

Step 6: A confirmation page will be generated automatically after the payment of application fee. Applicants have got to take the print of confirmation page and note down the Application number and save it for future reference.

For General and OBC Candidates  Rs. 2000
For SC and ST Candidates Rs. 1400

Application fees can paid online through Debit/ Credit card and offline through Demand draft in favor of H.N.B. MEDICAL EDUCATION UNIEVRSITY, payable at Dehradun or E- challan by paying at any branch of Allahabad Bank after 24 hours of printing the E-Challan slip generated after filling the UPMT 2017 application form.

Applicants are required to mention their complete name, address and phone number on the back of demand draft.
