ULSAT 2017 – UPES Law School Admission Test

UPES Law School Admission Test commonly known as ULSAT 2017 is a National level exam. This exam is conducted to proved admission to aspirant in law courses such as BBA LLB, BA LLB, B.Com LLB and LLM for the year 2017. Students who are interested can fill the application form from the official website www.upes.ac.in from November, 2016. The ULSAT Entrance Exam is conducted by the University of Petroleum & Energy Studies (UPES) and it  is associated with UGC, DSIR, NAAC, AIU, IGNOU, The Energy Institute (United Kingdom), ISO, Bar Council of India (2007), International Association of Universities, CUSAC. The exceptional feature of the test is that student can appear for the test from any suitable location be it their home or a cyber cafe. The ULSAT 2017 exam shall be held in 25 examination centers in the month of May, 2017.

ULSAT 2017 Eligibility Criteria

Students have to assure the below conditions to be eligible for the test:

  • Students who are appearing for 5 year course should have done their Higher Secondary Certificate exam or its equivalent exam from a recognized University/ Board to apply for the test.
  • Student applying must have a scored a minimum of 50% of aggregate marks in their HSC examination to be eligible.
  • Students born on or after 1st October, 1994 can apply for the admission.

ULSAT 2017 Application form

Steps to apply for ULSAT 2017 are as follows:

Step 1: Applicants ought to visit www.upes.ac.in to register for the test.

Step 2: Applicants need to click on “Apply Online” and read the instruction given.

Step 3: Applicants have to fill in their personal, qualification and other details as required in the application form.

Step 4: After filling the form applicant must upload their recent passport size photograph and signature as mentioned in the form and submit it.

Step 5: Applicants need to complete the process by paying their application fees of Rs 1750/- online through Debit/ Credit Card and Rs 1850/- offline via post or DD in favor of “UPES Fee Account, payable at Dehradun or Delhi”.

  • The ULSAT 2017 test comprises of 150 multiple objective type questions.
  • Duration of exam is 2 hours.
