PFC Recruitment 2016 Eligibility Criteria:
Deputy Manager (PR) ->

  • Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma of 2 years duration in Public Relations/ Mass Communication/ Journalism from recognized Indian University/ Institute OR Post Graduate Diploma Course in Journalism (Radio & TV Journalism/ Advertising & Public Relations / English Journalism) from Indian Institute of Mass Communication under Ministry of I&B, Govt of India (At least 60% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduate Degree/Diploma).
  • Minimum 7 years of post qualification experience in the area of Corporate Communications/ Public Relations in a reputed Public Sector Undertaking. Candidate should have sound written and verbal skills, attached with highly developed interpersonal skills. Practice in organizing exhibitions at national/ international level and other events would be considered.
  • Candidate should have knowledge of printing Annual Reports, corporate literature, journals, house, etc., drafting press releases and organizing Press Conferences, etc. The candidate needs to have worked for at least 3 years in the scale of 729100-3%-54500 under I DA pattern or equivalent.

Deputy Manager (Technical) ->

  • E./B.Tech (AND) MBA/ PGP/ PGDM/ PGDBM/ PGDBA with specialization in Finance/Power (At least 60% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation).
  • Minimum 7 years of post qualification experience in power sector in the field of Generation/ Distribution/ Transmission/ Project Appraisal/ Project Planning/ Project Monitoring/ Project Financing/ EPC of power projects.
  • You need to have worked for minimum 3 years in the scale of 7 29100-3%-54500 under I DA pattern or equivalent.

Deputy Manager (Technical)-Green Energy ->

  • E./B.Tech AND MBA/ PGDM/ PGP/ PGDBM/ PGDBA with specialization in Finance/Power (Min 60% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation).
  • Minimum of 7 years post qualification experience in Power Sector in general and at least 2 years in Renewable Energy Sector (Wind, Biomass, Small Hydro, Solar). Preferably should have experience in any of the areas in Project Design, Implementation and Operation & Maintenance. The candidate needs to have worked for minimum 3 years in the scale of 7 29100-3%-54500 under I DA pattern or equivalent.

Assistant Manager (Finance) ->

  • Graduation with at least 60% marks & CA/ICWA (additional qualification of MBA-Finance is desirable) OR B.Com. &MBA/ PGP/ PGDM/ PGDBM/ PGDBA with specialization in Finance. (Min 60% marks in both Graduation and Post-Graduation)
  • Minimum of 4 years post qualification experience in NBFC / Bank / RBI/ Financial Institution / Power Sector in the field of Resource Mobilization/ Recovery/ Disbursement/ Corporate Accounts/Taxation/Lending Policy, etc. The candidate should have worked for at least 3 years in the scale of 724900-3%-50500 under I DA pattern or equivalent.

Assistant Manager (Technical) ->

  • E./B.Tech. AND MBA / PGDM / PGP / PGDBM / PGDBA with specialization in Finance /Power (At least 60% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation)
  • Minimum 4 years post qualification experience in Power sector in the field of Generation/Transmission/ Project Appraisal/ Distribution/ Project Monitoring/ Project Planning/ Project Financing/ EPC of Power projects.
  • The candidate needs to have worked for minimum 3 years in the scale of 724900-3%-50500 under I DA pattern or equivalent.

Assistant Manager ->

  • Tech./ B.E. (Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Production / Power/ Energy or any combination of these specializations) – with at least 60% marks OR MSW (master’s degree in social work) OR MBA(HR)/ MHROD/ PGDHRM or PGP/ PGDBM/ PGDM/ PGDBA with specialization in HR (Min 60% marks in both Graduation and Post- Graduation).
  • Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in the accomplishment of CSR initiatives.
  • The candidate must have knowledge and exposure in the areas of conceiving and executing social development projects or project management in a large public or private sector organization. Candidate should have experience in baseline survey/ impact assessment/ social & demographic study or should have research experience in an important CSR segment.
  • The candidate must have worked for minimum 3 years in the scale of 724900-3%-50500 under I DA pattern or equivalent.

Officer (MS) ->

  • E./B.Tech. (CS/ IT) or MCA AND M.Tech./ MBA/ PGDM/ PGP/ PGDBM/ PGDBA with specialization in Information Security/ Network Security (At least 60% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation)
  • Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in the field of Information/ Network Security and System Administration for Servers, ADS, Exchange and network.

Officer (Civil Engineering) ->

  • E./ B.Tech. (Civil) with at least 60% marks.
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in the field of building construction and maintenance works.

Application Fee:

Rs 500/-, the Bank charges (as applicable) needs to be paid separately to the Bank directly by the candidate as per the challan form. Candidates need to take a printout of the system generated Registration-cum-Application form.
