REAP 2018 Counselling – Schedule, Procedure and Admission

REAP 2018 Counselling will be organised by the Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan on 10th July 2018. The REAP 2017 Counselling consists of online registration, choice filling, seat allocation and physical reporting to the allotted college for admission. Counselling for REAP 2018 will be held in four rounds. Reap 2018.

Counselling will be held through online mode on and the first list of allotment will be published on 10th July 2018. Candidates have to fill in their choices of programmes and institutes online within the given period of time. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of merit

    Candidates with valid JEE Main 2018 scores will be given preference over seat allotment if they meet the requisite eligibility criteria. Candidates with no JEE Main scores can also apply on the basis of their Class XII marks for the vacant seats of REAP left after allotment to JEE Main candidates.

    REAP Counselling 2018 Procedure

    Candidates have to follow the given steps to participate in REAP 2018 Counselling. It is imperative that they meet the required eligibility criteria before they apply for the same.

    Step 1- Online Registration

    Candidates have to register themselves online and fill the required educational and personal details, upload the photograph & signature in JPG Format. Need to make a payment of Rs 700/- through Debit Card/Credit Cards/ Net banking or at E-Mitra centres.

    After registration, candidates must note down the unique login id details which include the Challan No., Token code/transaction no, date of birth and mother’s name. They must print the application form after editing if required.

    Step 2- Online choice filling and locking

    Candidates must log in using the required credentials. He can fill the choices of seats & courses available. Candidates can make as many choices as they can, but need to save the choices every time they log in or edit it. Editing is allowed till the last date of choice filling.

    Step 3- Seat Allotment Procedure

    REAP Seat Allotment 2018 is on the basis of the merit rank of the candidates and the choices filled by them.
    Candidates have to download their provisional seat allotment letters which will contain their personal details as well as details of the institution and programme to they have been provisionally admitted and details of initial fee payment.

    Step 4- Physical Reporting and Admission at the allotted institute

    A selected candidate needs to be personally present at the time of counselling. All candidates need to submit the required certificates. All original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies need to be carried at the time of document verification. They are also required to bring with them the printout of the application form duly signed.

    Candidates are required to carry with them the total fee that has to be deposited at the allotted institute.

    REAP 2018 Seat Allotment Will Be Done in Several Rounds 

    First Round – Seats will be allotted to candidates on the basis of their merit. Non-JEE candidates will also be able to participate however first priority will be given to JEE Main qualified candidates

    Second Round – Registered candidates will not have the option to change or resubmit their choices REAP Counselling 2018. If a candidate is allotted a seat of higher preference, then that particular seat will fall vacant and it will be allocated to subsequent candidates.

    Third Round – Candidates, who have JEE Main score and were not allotted seats due to exhaustion of their choice, will be allowed to participate in this round. Candidates who are registered and do not have JEE Main score, have the option to change their choice.

    • New candidates, who meet the requisite eligibility criteria, will be allowed to register after paying Rs 1200 as application form fee and fill new choices.
    • Reported candidates in the first and second round will not be allowed to participate again in the counselling process.
    • Those candidates who were allotted seats but they did not report at the allotted institutes in the first and second rounds will not be allowed to participate in the third round of counselling. They will have to register as a new candidate.

    Fourth Round – Candidates will be allotted seats due to upward movement. They will be awarded seats according to the choice of the programme that they had filled and now the seat has fallen vacant as the candidates to whom it was originally allotted did not report at the allotted institute.

    List of documents for REAP 2018 Counselling

    • Hard copy of provisional seat allotment letter
    • Registration form with colour photograph of the candidate affixed on it
    • Additional colour photograph
    • Valid JEE Main 2018 scorecard
    • Class X board certificate which will be used to verify date of birth
    • Class XII mark sheet
    • Domicile certificate issued by a competent authority
    • Certificate for those who are claiming reservation such as those belonging to Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe, Other backwards Class and SBC. The certificate of category has to be issued by a recognised authority
    • Persons with disability will have to present a certificate which has to be again issued by a competent authority
    • Consolidated mark sheet/ Grade of qualifying examination
    • Undertaking to be taken by OBC/SBC in a particular format
    • Wards of ex-servicemen will have to produce the requisite service certificate if applicable

    Note- Candidates furnishing any incorrect information will forfeit his admission
