WBJEE 2019 exam schedule changed- Check here the revised dates

NOIDA- On 14th December, West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board had issued the information bulletin of WBJEE 2019. Today, the board has released revised dates for WBJEE 2019 exam, admit card download, and result declaration schedule. The changes in the exam schedule are not drastic but the candidates need to remain aware of the changes in order to be acquainted with the WBJEE 2019 exam updates.

In the previous notification, the WBJEE admit card 2019 download date was 7th May 2019 which is now revised to 14th May 2019 (tentative). Hence, the hall ticket download process has been postponed to one week by the authority as per the latest update.

The second major change is in the exam date. As per the earlier notification, the WBJEE 2019 exam was scheduled to be held on 19th May 2019 but it has been shifted to 26th May 2019 (that may be changed in extraordinary circumstances), which is also a Sunday. The exam shift timing will remain the same i.e. Paper 1 (Mathematics) from 11am to 1pm and Paper 2 (Physics & Chemistry) in second half from 2pm to 4pm.

Last but not the least, the result date for WBJEE 2019 has also been revised by the authority. Earlier, the result was scheduled to be declared on 25th June 2019. As per the latest update, the result of WBJEE 2019 will be announced on 2nd July 2019.

Therefore, it can be said that there are major amendments in the earlier announced WBJEE 2019 exam schedule. The slot that remained unchanged is the application form submission process. The application form submission window is going to remain active from 26th December 2018 to 22nd January 2019. Also, the correction window schedule will remain the same i.e. 23rd Jan-25th Jan 2019.
