New building of Kalam Agriculture College inaugurated by Nitish Kumar

NOIDA- On Wednesday, CM of Bihar Nitish Kumar inaugurated the newly constructed administrative block of Dr. Kalam Agriculture College in Kishanganj district, as per an official release. After inaugural of new block, he also visited the agriculture entomology, digital classroom, computer lab, and insect museum of the college, which are located at Arrabari in Pothia block of the district.

He was quite concerned about the use of renewable energy resources and asked the officials to set up the solar plate on the rooftop of all the buildings within the college premises. It would not only help in meeting energy requirements, but also in the conservation of power resources.

He also moved to the different stalls exhibited in the ‘Krishi Vikas Mela 2018’ organized at College campus. The inauguration ceremony was also graced with the humble presence of other dignitaries such as Agriculture minister Prem Kumar, MP Santosh Kushwaha, chief secretary Deepak Kumar and other senior officials.
