NEET PG Result 2019 to be declared after 5 PM, says NBE

NOIDA – The National Board of Examination (NBE) is expected to declare the result of NEET PG 2019 on 31st January 2019. Board will announce the result after 5 PM online on the official website i.e. nbe.edu.in for National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET-PG) 2019 exam which was conducted on 6th January 2019.

How to Check NEET PG Result 2019?

  • Go to the official website at nba.edu.in
  • Click on the link saying “NEET PG Result 2019”
  • Now the candidates need to login using their credentials (used ID & password)
  • Score card will start displaying
  • Download your NEET PG scorecard or take a printout

The scorecard of NEET PG 2019 will showcase the marks scored by the candidates in the exam. However, the NEET rank will be issued separately; NBA will also declare the NEET PG Rank List for All India 50% quota seats. Rank list will be made available in PDF format and it will carry the roll numbers of the candidates who successfully qualify. The marks they obtain from 1200 will also be displayed in this list.

Like previous years, NEET PG Cut Off 2019 will also be released with the result so that the candidates can be sure about their admission status in the medical colleges. Every medical college grants admission on the basis of cut off and their cut off requirement vary. However, to qualify NEET, a candidate needs to score over 50 percentile. Whereas the candidates that belong to SC/ST/ OBC need to go beyond 40 percentile. On the other hand, the needed percentile for UR PwD candidates is 45.

The counselling process will kick-off soon after the result declaration. MCC, DGHS, MoHFW, and State Government Bodies will involve in the counselling process wherein the candidates that qualify as per NEET PG result 2019 will be invited to participate. There is no involvement of NBE in the counselling process; it’s a body just to conduct the exam and announce the result. NBE, every year, hands over the result to above-said bodies to conduct the counselling.

National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET-PG) is the gateway for the aspirants seeking admission into MD, MS, and PG Diploma courses. NEET PG is known as the only national level medical entrance exam affiliated to Indian Medical Council Act 1956.
