IIM- Nagpur registers 100% placement with highest CTC of Rs. 20 LPA

NOIDA – The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Nagpur registered 100% placement for the PGP students from third batch and the highest domestic CTC is Rs. 20 LPA, as per the statement released by IIM-N on Monday.

The first placement process for the third batch of students, who were enrolled in its flagship Post Graduate Program in Management (PGP 2017-19), completed with a phenomenal 100% placement, as per a press release issued by IIM- Nagpur.

The companies from different sectors like IT, consulting & logistic, analytics, FMCD (fast moving consumer durables), etc. actively participated in the placements.

There were 40+ recruited interviewed the students for placement and most of them were the first time participants in IIT- Nagpur Placements.

According to the press releases, the giant companies like Aspect Ratio Data, JK Technosoft, Value Labs, Decimal Point Analytics, Group M, Sutherland Global, FSS Global, Schindler, V-Guard, Berger Paints, ZS Associates, and Deloitte Consulting acted as the most active recruiters.

The startups like Build Supply, Moglix, Jigserv Digital, and Fortigo also offered multiple career avenues to the students through IIT- Nagpur Placements 2019.

Manufacturing, e-commerce, FMCD, analytics, and IT were the major sectors wherein over 70% students got the placements, said by IIT Nagpur.

The average package calculated was Rs. 12.35 lakh with the highest package of Rs. 20 LPA, according to the press release.

Additionally, the average package offered to the top 10 percent students and first quartile of the batch was Rs. 17.48 lakh and Rs. 15.45 lakh, respectively. The median salary package for the batch was registered Rs. 12 LPA.

Director of IIM Nagpur L S Murty said, “Like previous years, our students cracked lucrative job offers with challenging opportunities as per their interests. We are grateful to the industry for their continual faith in the talent we produce here.”
