IIM Kozhikode released CAT 2019 admit card at iimcat.ac.in, knowhow to download

Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kozhikode, has released the admit card/ hall ticket for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2019 on its official website. The candidates who have successfully submitted the online application form of CAT can now download their admit cards from the official website of CAT at iimcat.ac.in. The candidates will be allowed to enter the exam hall only with CAT admit card.

The CAT admit card 2019 will have details of the venue, exam centre and time/ session of the exam. It is mandatory for all candidates to carry their admit cards in the exam hall.

This year, a total of 2,44,168 candidates have registered for CAT 2019 and the CAT 2019 exam is scheduled to be conducted on November 24, 2019 in two shifts in around 374 centres across 156 cities across the country.

In order to download the admit card of CAT 2019, go through the steps mentioned below:

  • Step 1: Visit the official website of CAT 2019 at iimcat.ac.in
  • Step 2: Enter your credential to sign in to the website
  • Step 3: Click on the relevant link to download CAT 2019 admit card
  • Step 4: Download the admit card and take a print out for further reference

IIM CAT 2019: Exam pattern

The examination will be of 180 minutes and candidates will be allotted sixty minutes for answering questions in each section and they will be restricted to switch from one section to another. The questions will be in three sections:

  • Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension,
  • Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning,
  • Quantitative Ability.

Candidates who qualify the exam will be eligible for admission to management courses, including PGP, PGDM, PGPEM, EPGP, PGPBM, PGPEX, offered by various IIMs across the nation. Several other colleges including JNU, DU also accept CAT score for admission to B-school programmes. The CAT 2019 score will be valid until December 31, 2020.
