IGNOU Application for B.Ed & Management Courses Closed- Know Further B.ED Details

NOIDA- In Indira Gandhi National Open University or IGNOU, the deadline of submission of the applications for the entrance examinations of B.Ed and managements courses gets over on November 18. IGNOU has postponed the end date for the acceptance of application forms from November 15 to November 18 last week. The applicants need to remember that the online window for submitting the applications for the entrance tests of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and OPENMAT-XLIV which is the management entrance test of IGNOU has closed on 18th November, 2018 in the midnight.

The programmes that come under OPENMAT-XLIV involve MBA or Master of Business Administration, Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management (PGDFM), Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM), Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management (PGDOM), Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Markets Practice (PGDFMP) and Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management (PGDMM).

The candidates of B.Ed need to possess minimum fifty percent aggregate marks in the Graduation or Post Graduation Degree in the stream of Sciences or Commerce or Social Sciences or Humanity. The candidates who have done their Graduation in Engineering or Technology in the field of Science and Mathematics must have minimum marks of 55% or any other equivalent qualification.

The candidates are also supposed to be trained in-service teachers in elementary education or must have completed the teacher education programme recognized by NCTE via Face-to-Face mode.

The admission session for B.Ed. course in IGNOU will begin in the month of January. The fee of entire course or programme is Rs. 50,000.

The schedule for B.Ed. Entrance Examination will be declared very soon by IGNOU.
