DU Academic Council introduces

NOIDA – Delhi University Academic Council has officially announced the launch of 30 new courses available for DU Admissions 2019. The decision was made in an official meeting held among the members of academic council of the varsity. These courses are introduced at UG as well as PG level. Moreover, the proposal to extend 282 seats in the existing courses was also approved in the meeting.

These courses will be made available from the upcoming admission session i.e. 2019-20 and candidates can enroll for the same. The admission process will remain unchanged i.e. on the basis of 12th marks cut-off. Merit will be the decider for the admissions. Have a look of the 30 newly introduced courses below:

The committee recommendation also included introducing the MD course in Dravyaguna (ayurvedic pharmacology) and Panchkarma in Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbia College with the seat intake capacity of five and three years respectively. The final decision will be made after regulatory authority approval.

However, the council has given approval to add physical education as a discipline course to BA Program at Vivekanand College and Lakshmi Bai College and computer science to BA Program at Lakshmi Bai College from the next academic session.
