Noida: National Law Universities (NLU) has changed the release date of CLAT Application form 2019 from 10 January 2019 to 13 January 2019. NLU will release the CLAT Application form 2019 from 13 January 2019 on their official website. Candidates can fill the CLAT Application form 2019 via online mode till 31 March 2019. Official authority will not entertain any application via post at their office. CLAT is an entrance examination conducted by NLU to select eligible candidates for graduation and post graduation courses in law from top colleges. CLAT 2019 is conducted at National level. Candidates having motivation to complete their graduation or post graduation from top colleges across the country are required to fill the CLAT Application form 2019 successfully.
NLU has framed a set of conditions which are required to be satisfied by the candidates to fill the online application form successfully. CLAT Eligibility Criteria 2019 has been made different for graduation and post graduation courses. For graduation, Candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with an aggregate 45%. Candidates belonging to SC/ST categories are required to score 40% marks in 10+2. Candidates, who are appearing for the qualifying examination in March/April 2019, are also eligible to apply for CLAT 2019.
For post graduation courses, Candidate should hold LL.B. Degree or equivalent. Candidate should have scored 55% or equivalent grade. Candidates belonging to SC/ST categories are required to score 50% in the required degree. Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination in April/May 2019 are also eligible to apply for CLAT 2019. All candidates should make sure that they fulfill each and every condition to fill the application form successfully. The official authority will not entertain application of ineligible candidates.
It is advisable to the candidates to submit the application form before last date to avoid any type of inconvenience or last minute rush. Official authority will not entertain applications after the last date. Candidates should make sure that they have filled all the information in the application form correct as any mistake in it can create problems further for the candidate.
Candidates can submit the application only once. Official authority will not entertain multiple submissions. Candidates are required to upload scanned photograph of dimensions: 200×230 pixels & image size: 20KB-50KB, scanned signature image of dimensions: 140×60 pixels & image size: 10KB-20KB and scanned image of Specially Abled person certificate (If needed). Candidates are required to remember that authority will not entertain any alteration.
CLAT 2019 will be conducted on 12 May 2019 in various examination centres across the country. CLAT 2019 examination will be conducted in offline mode i.e. pen and paper based examination. The official authority will release CLAT Admit card 2019 after the application form before 2 or 3 weeks of the commencement of the examination.
