NOIDA – Board of Secondary Education, Odisha is yet to reach a final decision over the missing math answer sheets of 108 students whose fate is hanging over all this chaos. The examination committee is clueless for the missing answer sheets which gone missing just after the matriculation (10th) exam was concluded.
Adding to this, the committee also failed to make a decision over the 500 students from three schools of Cuttack, Dhenkanal and Balangir districts after a large number of students were caight red-handed indulged in malicious practice during the English matriculation exam.
“Even after discussing all the possible aspects and probable solutions, the committee members were unable to make a final call over these incidents in matriculation exams. They could not devise a solution to the 108 missing answer sheets which may put a question mark on fate of the students”, said BSE secretary Ramshis Hazra.
On March 2, the answer sheets of 108 students writing matriculation math exam went missing from the government school Podia SSD High School in Malkangiri district after the invigilator counted after the completion of the exam.
“Likewise, the decision over other 500 students also remained pending in the meeting”, stated Hazra.
Now the examination committee has very less time to take a feasible decision on both the cases.
