NOIDA- All India Institute of Medical Sciences i.e. AIIMS has commenced the AIIMS MBBS registration 2019 process on its official website from 30th November 2018. The deadline to register and submit the AIIMS MBBS 2019 Application Form will be 3rd January 2019. AIIMS MBBS 2019 exam is scheduled to be held on 25th & 26th May 2019. The interested candidates should visit aiimsexams.org to register for AIIMS MBBS 2019.
AIIMS has classified the registration process in two stages from 2019- basic and final. This step is taken by the conducting body in order to avoid last minute chaos and discrepancy in the form. Basic registration is not chargeable. It’s all about verifying the details provided by the applicants. After verification of the details, the candidates can proceed with the final registration.
Eligibility Criteria of AIIMS MBBS 2019
Academic Qualification- The students must have passed 10+2 or they are appearing in the same with the compulsory subjects like English, physics, chemistry and biology. They must have secured 60% (50 % for SC/ST/OPH candidates) in aggregate in qualifying exam.
Criteria for Minimum Marks in AIIMS MBBS 2019 Exam- The candidates, who hail from non-reserved category, need to score at least 50% in this exam. The OBC candidates from non-creamy layer will be given the relaxation of 5% and for them the minimum marks requirement would be 45%. On the other hand, the candidates from SC/ST category must score 40% in this entrance test to be qualified for the counselling of AIIMS MBBS.
AIIMS MBBS 2019 Exam Pattern
There will be total 200 questions in the exam and the division of question subject-wise is as follows:
Physics- 60 Questions
Chemistry- 60 Questions
Biology- 60 Questions
General Knowledge: 10 questions
Aptitude and Logical Thinking: 10 questions
AIIMS MBBS 2019 Syllabus
The main challenge for the aspirants is to cover the syllabus of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, which is as following:
Physics: Kinematics, laws of motion, rotational mechanics and modern physics
Chemistry: Organic chemistry is the most important one followed by aldehydes, equilibrium, chemical kinetics, ketone and carboxylic acid
Biology: Genetics, systematics, cells, human health and diseases

The exam will be held on May 25 and May 26, 2019 in two shifts- morning shift (9 am- 12 noon) and afternoon shift (3 pm to 6 pm).. Candidates from different regions of the country will participate in this exam at exam centers located in all the major cities.
