NTA Rolls Back on Conducting NEET 2019 Twice a Year – The National Testing Agency, NTA has proclaimed to conduct the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) only once a year for the dental and undergraduate programmes as completely contradictory to the previous decision of conducting NEET and JEE both twice a year. It has been brought into the prior concern by the Human Resources Development Ministry that its decision of NEET getting conducted twice a year has been taken over by the current confirmation of conducting the same only once a year, respectively for all the applicants. Although JEE Main 2019 will be conducted twice a year. The Health Minister has carved the proposal to the Human Resources Development Ministry to reconsider the decision taken as the rural students appearing for the same will not be able to adapt or accept the alterations that the government has committed to. Not only have this, but the spheres of the logistical and counselling concerns also been bought into prior consideration by the ministry as well.
The NEET 2019 will be conducted this year in the offline mode or the pen and paper format for all the candidates applying for the same. Formerly, Prakash Javedekar on July 7th had announced that both JEE and NEET will be conducted in the online mode twice a year and relatively CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) will assist NTA with the same at every step, the current decision has reflected glares of astonishment by the academic applicants for the same. Contradictions from the Health Ministry has stroked the awareness of the HRD minister on the fact that the conduction of the examinations twice will create pressure purposes on the part of all the students appearing for the same this current academic year. Thus, conforming to the advice of the Health ministry, HRD has now made an adamant decision of conducting it in the offline mode only once a year.
The only fact that concludes the whole decision of the Human Resources Development Minister is that the NEET will be conducted next year for once and that too only in the pen paper mode or offline, as said. The fluctuation in the decisions of the national level examinations coming as flints of fire have really brought all the students into academic havocs coming with the disadvantageous reasons on the part of the rural aspirants and additional stress on the same that will definitely take time to percolate into acceptance as there has been a transformation in the decision from the last month, simultaneously. A factual announcement by the Education Ministry has flashed as NEET registrations to commence on the 1st November 2018 and the examination to be conducted on the 5th May of the same academic year 2018-19. The decision made by the ministry is expected to be accepted by all the urban as well as the rural NEET aspirants from the year 2019, comprehensively.
