Master of Human Resources Development Management (MHRDM) Part Time

Master of Human Resources Development Management Course popularly known as MHRDM Course is a postgraduate programme in HR management affiliated by many universities across the world. MHRDM Course Eligibility Criteria

Applicants need to satisfy the following conditions to be eligible for the examination:

  • Applicant should complete their Bachelors Degree from any recognized University to apply for this course.
  • Applicants must score at least 50% of aggregate marks in their graduation from a recognized university or its equivalent to apply for this programme.
  • Applicant has to give an entrance exam such as MAT/CAT/XAT or ATMA to get admitted into this course.

Question Paper Pattern for Part Time Course in

MFM/ MMM/ MHRDM/ MIM

Scheme of Assessments for Subjects of 50 Marks

The scheme of assessments would consist of two parts

  1. Internal Assessments – 40% (20 Marks for papers of 50 Marks)

1. Semester End Examination – 60% (30 Marks for papers of 50 Marks)

The Examination will be conducted for 30 Marks.

Remaining 20 marks would be awarded on the basis of performance in the Internal Assessments.

The allocation of 20 marks shall be on the following basis: –

  1. Two best of three periodical class tests held in the given semester (10 Marks)
  1. A better of two assignments based on class presentations to be selflessly assessed by the

Faculty concerned (05 Marks)

  1. Attendance and Active participation in routine class instructional deliveries (03 Marks)
  1. Overall Conduct as a responsible student, mannerism and articulation and exhibit of leadership qualities in organizing related academic activities. (02 Marks)

Question Paper Pattern for Semester End Examination (30 Marks) There will be Five Questions in all.

Q1 would be compulsory and would carry 10 Marks

In addition to Q1, there would be four questions. Each question would carry 10 Marks. Each of these four Questions will have three subjects – questions and each sub – question would carry 05 Marks

Students have to attempt any two out of the remaining four Questions and within each question; students have to attempt any two out of three sub – questions.
