Maharashtra Board 10th Result 2017

The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education was created under the requirements of the Maharashtra Act No. 41 of 1965. The Maharashtra State Board organises SSC Exams through the nine Divisional Boards of Maharashtra State, which are situated at Mumbai, Pune, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, Nasik, Nagpur, Amravati, Latur and Ratnagiri. The previous year’s stats reveal that the state saw a 3.14 % increase in the result as compared to the Maharashtra SSC Result 2014, like the other records, the girls in 2015 outshined boys with a pass per cent of 92.14% as against 90.18% of boys.
A total of 15,77,303 students have registered from nine divisions (Nagpur, Pune, Aurangabad, Mumbai, Kolhapur, Nashik, Amaravati, Latur and Konkan) out of which 15,72,268 students have appeared for the exam and out of that, only 14,37,922 passed the examination. While there were around 1,53,401 repeated students registered of which 1,52,552 students appeared and 75,262 students cleared the exam with a pass percentage of 49.34%.

  • March 24, 2017 – Siddheswar Chandekar, secretary of the board’s Mumbai division stated that they have set tighter deadlines  as the Supreme Court has ordered that they have to announce results before 5th June 2017
  • March 22, 2017 – Maharashtra SSC 2017 Result is expected to be delayed as the examination paper were leaked and all the teacher demands more time to correct the examination paper.

After the MSBSHSE SSC result, 2017 is released which is expected to be released on 5th June 2017, candidates are requested to keep a copy of their mark sheet for future references. You can simply save a copy of result declared and then print it. However, kindly note that the printed result cannot be considered as a valid reference for higher education like admission in the college or senior secondary school. Candidates need to attain the original result certificate which is issued by the Board.
