    CLAT Eligibility Criteria 2019

    1. Indian National/NRI/NRI Sponsored applicants can apply.
    2. NRI/NRI Sponsored applicants can apply for those NLUs where such class is conceded.
    3. Foreign students are exempted for this exam i.e. no need to appear for CLAT exam, they can apply straightforwardly to the concerned universities/institutes.

    Age Criteria:

    There will be no upper age limit to apply for UG and PG Law courses.

    Qualification Criteria:

    Candidates who are appearing in the qualifying exam* are likewise qualified.



      Qualifying Exam* Minimum Marks 
    For UG Law Courses Pass 10+2 examination from the recognized academic board. Secured at least 45% marks (for Unreserved/OBC/Specially Abled Persons (SAP) and others) and 40% marks (for SC/ST class)
    For PG Law Courses Pass LLB/5 years Integrated LLB (Hons.)/some other identical examination Secured at least 55% marks (for Unreserved/OBC/Specially Abled Persons (SAP) and others) and 50% marks (for SC/ST class).

        Candidates who are applying for UG programs, upper age limit should not be more than 20 years as on 1st July 2019 (for unreserved category) and 22 years for OBC /SC/ST /SAP category
