KEE 2017 Admit Card/ Hall Ticket

Karunya University will be releasing Karunya Entrance Examination (KEE) Hall Ticket or Admit Card. KEE 2017 Hall Ticket is expected to be released in the third week of April by Karunya University. All the candidates who have successfully submitted their application within the given period of time can download their KEE 2017 Hall Tickets from the official web page of Karunya University.

All applicable candidates can download their Admit Cards from the official web page of the university. The Admit Card will be announced in the third week of April 2017. These Admit Cards will be containing important details about the candidates such as application number, exam centre, exam date and time, etc. All the candidates are advised to keep their Admit Cards after the exam also; as because it is needed for the counselling and admission process.

KEE 2017 Hall Ticket Detailed Information

(As Karunya University has not yet officially published any dates regarding KEE 2017; all the details given on this page is based on last year’s exam brochure and details. Once the official dates have been announced by Karunya University officials, we will update the same here.)

KEE 2017 Hall Ticket will be issued to applicable candidates by Karunya University. It is mandatory that candidates must carry KEE 2017 Hall Ticket on the day of entrance examination. Candidates must write their application number on OMR answer sheet as of how exactly it has mentioned in KEE 2017 Hall Ticket. To download KEE 2017 Hall Ticket each candidate must know their login credentials. Candidates can download their Admit Cards from www.karunya.edu (official web page of Karunya University).

KEE 2017 Hall Ticket – Instructions to Candidates

  • E‐Hall Tickets will be available at the official website only to those eligible candidates who have successfully submitted their application forms on or before the last date. Candidates can’t access E-Hall Tickets through postal service or fax.
  • Candidates can download the E‐Hall Ticket from the website (http://admissions.karunya.edu) by entering their application number and Date of Birth.
  • Once the E-Hall Ticket got downloaded, the candidate must check it carefully. If there are any errors in E-Hall Ticket then the candidate must immediately be brought it back to the notice of the Admissions Officer by Email (admissions@karunya.edu).
  • Each candidate must bring the printout of the E‐Hall Ticket along with any of the ID Proof. The following ID Proofs will be accepted by Karunya University officials:
  1. 12th Standard ID card issued by the school.
  2. 12th Standard Hall Ticket.
  3. Letter from the Head of the Institution with the photograph of the student (Photograph must be attested by the Principal / HM).
  4. Driving License.
  5. Passport.

The Hall Ticket along with any one of the above original documents must be shown to the invigilators for verification.

  • No candidates will be allowed to enter the examination hall half‐an‐hour after the commencement of the examination.
  • Candidates will not be permitted to leave the examination hall before the completion of the examination.
  • The E – Hall Ticket is not transferable to any other person. Impersonation is a legally punishable offence.
  • The E – Hall Ticket is an important document. The candidates are advised to keep this E – Hall Ticket safely as because they need to produce it at the time of counselling and admission.

KEE 2017 Incomplete Application

Karunya University will not take any responsibility to inform you if your application is incomplete. According to University rule, it is candidate’s responsibility to check all the details before submitting the application. So if any candidate has submitted an incomplete application, it won’t be considered as the mistake of University, only that candidate will be responsible for it. E-Hall Tickets will not be generated for incomplete applications. As because of this scenario, all candidates are advised to make sure that the application is complete in all manners before submitting it online or posting the OMR application to the University.

KEE 2017 Spot Registration and Hall Ticket

If any candidates were not able to submit their application on or before the due date; Karunya University will conduct a spot registration for them at any one of the entrance examination centres one day before the exam. For this spot registration and spot hall ticket candidates must visit the centre with the following documents:

  1. Three passport size colour photographs.
  2. 12th Standard ID card/ Bonafide certificate issued by the school (with a photograph attached).
  3. Application form fee RS 750/- (This money can be paid in cash or either in DD also if you’re paying in DD which should be drawn in favour of ‘The Registrar, Karunya University’ payable at Coimbatore).

After all, these processes over the Karunya University co-coordinator will check eligibility criteria, then they will issue spot Hall Tickets.
