The following are the most important dates regarding KEAM 2018. Like every other important examination, KEAM 2018 also has got some important dates. The following dates which we have provided for KEAM 2018 are not official. The CEE has not yet announced the official dates of KEAM 2018. KEAM 2018 Eligibility Criteria
All the applicants who are interested in applying for KEAM 2018 must go through the eligibility criteria of the same. The eligibility criteria of KEAM 2018 is mainly in 3 categories. |Candidates must be Indian Citizens/ Indian Nationals.||According to the minimum age limit of candidates, they must complete their 17 years of age as or as of 31st December of the year of admission.||All the candidates who are appearing in KEAM 2018 must have qualified 12th/ HSC/ any other equivalent exam (in science stream) from any recognized board/ university.|

KEAM 2018 Application Form
Candidates who all are interested can apply for KEAM 2018 through online and offline mode. All the applicants will be able to get their application form along with prospectus from the 1st week of January 2018. All the applicants are advised fill only one application form. Applicants must fill all the required details very carefully. After filling all the details candidates must upload their scanned images such as Passport Photo, Thumb Impression, and Signature. All the scanned images must be uploaded in the prescribed format. Applicants need to send the printed and filled application form including with all the required documents to the address which is provided below.

All the applicants will be able to pay the fee through Security Card or through DD (Demand Draft). Candidates have to remember that the DD can be drawn from any Nationalised/ Scheduled bank in Trivandrum which should be in favour of Commissioner for Entrance Examinations and must be payable at Trivandrum. The Application fee will be different for different category candidates. The application fee will be 1000 rupees for general category candidates and the same will be 500 rupees for SC category candidates. There won’t be any application fee for candidates from ST category.
KEAM 2018 Exam Pattern
The exam pattern of KEAM 2018 is very different from other examinations. The facts of KEAM 2018 exam pattern has provided below. Take a look at the following information to know further about KEAM 2018 exam pattern. The examination will be conducted in offline method and the mode of examination will be pen and paper-based mode. It is expected that the examination will be held in two papers as because that was the method they were following for some few years.
The total duration of the examination will be 5 hours, which means 2.5 hours for each paper. Candidates must be aware of that there will be objective type questions in the question paper. There will be a total of 240 questions in the examination, which means 120 questions in each paper. The marking scheme will be having negative marking system and that will be as follows. Each correct answer will be awarded 4 marks and each incorrect answer will lead to deduction of 1 mark.

KEAM 2018 Syllabus
The syllabus of KEAM 2018 has various topics from the PCM subjects. The difficulty of the examination will be equivalent to 12th/ HSC/ or Plus Two level. All the applicants are advised to prepare for their examination of the above-mentioned topics. All the candidates must remember that the education system in Kerala is most difficult in India. So the questions will not be based on any NCERT or any other state textbook.

KEAM 2018 Admit Card
The Admit Card of KEAM 2018 is one of the most important material to take care of in order to appear in KEAM 2018. The Admit Card of KEAM 2018 will be available online at the official web page of KEAM only. It is expected that the KEAM 2018 Admit Card will be available in the last week of March 2018. All the candidates who have done the submission of Application Form will be able to download the KEAM 2018 Admit Card by providing their Date of Birth and Application Number.
Candidates will not be able to access their Admit Cards through offline mode. That means no candidates will be getting their KEAM 2018 Admit Cards send the post. Each Admit Card will be included with details such as Exam Venue, Time and Date of the Examination etc. All the candidates are advised to look on the credentials provided in Admit Card and make sure that all of those are correct.
KEAM 2018 Answer Key
The answer key of KEAM 2018 is the document which helps the candidates to determine their performance in the examination and make sure that how much marks will be their score. It is expected that the KEAM 2018 Answer Key will be published after a few days of commencement of examination. All the applicants will be able to check their answer key at the official web page.
Candidates will able to verify and cross check their answers with the help of answer key. If there is any complaints are there from the side of candidates, regarding KEAM 2018 Answer Key, they have to pay rupees 100 per each question before the last date. The fee which is mentioned above must be paid through DD in favour of CEE and which should be payable at Trivandrum.
KEAM 2018 Result
It is expected that the result of KEAM 2018 will be declared by CEE in the 4th week of May 2018. All the applicants will be able to view their results online, from the official web page of KEAM/ CEE. On the scores/ marks obtained by candidates in the examination, the examination conducting authority will prepare a separate merit list for all courses. The above-mentioned merit list will be prepared on 50:50 basis. The 50:50 basis means that the 50% will stand for marks obtained in KEAM test and other 50% marks will stand for marks obtained in qualifying examination.
The admission process to the engineering courses in Kerala will be based on the basis of score and rank obtained in KEAM entrance test. The KEAM rank card will be determined on the basis of final merit list. All the candidates will be able to predict their ranks with the help of rank predictor.
KEAM 2018 Counselling
The counselling process of KEAM 2018 will begin after the declaration of the merit list of the same. Seat allocation process of KEAM 2018 will be done under CAP (Centralised Allotment Process). The seat allotment for each student will be done in an SWS (Single Window System). All the aspirants will be asked to choose their stream and colleges according to their choice of interest. Candidates will be getting seats allotted on the basis of their choice of interest, availability of seats at the chosen college.
