It is expected that the application form will be available from the 1st Week of July 2018 to the 5th Week of July 2018. You are advised to take a look and read all the instructions carefully, before filling the application form. You will be asked to upload your Passport Size Photograph, Signature, and Left-Hand Thumb Impression (in JPEG format).
