SSC GD Constable Syllabus 2019 – SSC (Staff Selection Commission) has released official notification for General Duty Positions on its web portal i.e. www.ssc.nic.in. For better preparation, aspirants should have a clear idea about SSC GD Constable Syllabus 2019. They peep into previous year questions to get an idea about the weightage, marking scheme, difficulty level of the exams. Like other competitive exams, SSC GD Constable will also be conducted in online mode. It will be Computer-based test (CBT). The whole recruitment process involves four stages- Physical Standard Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Computer-based test and at last medical test. There would be four sections. Each section will contain 25 questions and each question will carry one mark. For each incorrect response, there would be deduction of 1/4th marks.     The highlights of the exam Pattern are discussed below

    • Marking Scheme- Each Question carries 1 mark and there would deduction of 1/4th marks for every incorrect response.
    • Duration- The candidates would be given 2 hours (120 Minutes) to complete the exam.
    • Total Marks- The maximum marks that one can achieve are 100.

    About SSC GD 2019

    The final selection of the candidates will be based on his/her performance in all three phases SSC GD Constable 2019 Exam i.e. Computer-based Examination, Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST) and detailed medical examination. It is advisable for the candidates not to study hard for the computer-based test as they have to remain mentally and physically fit for the further rounds of the selection process.  The candidates must not have flat foot, squint in eyes, etc. They must be good in mental and physical appearance as they have to work in the extreme conditions.
