SBI SO Eligibility Criteria 2019 – For successful submission of application form, candidates are required to check their eligibility.     SBI SO Eligibility Criteria 2019

    1. Nationality
    • Applying candidate should be a citizen of India
    • Applying candidate can be subject of Nepal, Bhutan or Tibet but should satisfy the rules and regulation made by the government of India.
    • Candidate who migrated from Sri Lanka, Uganda, Zambia, Malawi, Ethiopia, Vietnam, East American countries of Kenya to India, Burma, Pakistan, United Republic of Tanzania With intension of permanently settling in India.
    1. Age limit
    • Deputy general manager(law ,contractual) – 42years to 52 years
    • Special management executive – 30years to 40years
    • Deputy general manager(law) – 25years to 35years
    • Deputy General Manager (Law) – 42years to 52 years
    1. Educational Qualification
    • Deputy General Manager (law, contractual) –Candidate should have degree in Law (3 years/ 5 years) from a recognized University of India.
    • Special management executive – Candidate should have done CA/ ICWA/ ACS/ MBA in Finance or 2 years PG Diploma in Finance from AICTE/ Government recognized institutes. Please note down course completed through part-time/ correspondence will not be considered.
    • Deputy general manager (law) –Candidate should hold a degree in Law (3 years/ 5 years) from a recognized University in India.
    • Deputy General Manager (Law) – Candidate should hold a degree in Law (3 years/ 5 years) from a recognized University in India. PG degree in Law will be given preference.
    1. Experienced required
    • Deputy general manager (law, contractual) –Candidate should be registered as Advocate with Bar Council and possess at least 17 years of experience as Law Officer in the Legal Department of Scheduled Commercial Banks or Financial Institutions or Asset Reconstruction Company or combined experience as Law Officer in the Legal Department of Scheduled Commercial Bank and Asset Reconstruction Company and having extensive experience in Recovery & Rehabilitation. The experience should be after recruitment as an advocate with Bar Council.
    • Special management executive – Candidate should hold at least five years post qualification experience (as on 31.12.2018) as an Executive in Supervisory/ Management role: In a Scheduled Commercial Bank/Subsidiary of a Scheduled Commercial Bank or in a Public Sector or listed Financial Institution. Applicants possessing experience in processing of credit proposals will be preferred.
    • Deputy General Manager (law) –Candidate should be registered as Advocates with Bar Council and holding 4 years of experience as practicing Advocate or 4 years combined experience as practicing advocate and Law Officer in the Legal Department of Scheduled Commercial Banks or Law Officer in the Legal Department of Scheduled Commercial Banks. The experience should be considered after employment as advocate with Bar Council.
    • Deputy General Manager (Law) – Candidate should be registered as Advocate with Bar Council and hold at least 17 years of experience as Law Officer in the Legal Department of Scheduled Commercial Banks or Asset Reconstruction Company or Financial Institutions or combined experience as Law Officer in the Legal Department of Scheduled Commercial Bank and Asset Reconstruction Company and holding huge experience in Recovery & Rehabilitation. Please note down, the experience should be after recruitment as an advocate with Bar Council.
