Maharashtra TET 2019 – is going to be organized by Maharashtra State Council of Examination of Pune to recruit eligible candidates for the position of teachers of class I to class V and class VI to class VIII as per the regulation of NCTE. Candidates are required to fill the online Maharashtra TET Application form 2019 successfully in order to appear in Maharashtra TET 2019. Candidates are advised to first check their eligibility from the Maharashtra eligibility criteria 2019 framed by the official authority for the recruitments. It is important to check the eligibility as only eligible candidates will be able to fill the application form successfully. There are papers conducted by the official authority class I to class V (paper 1 for SGT) and class V to class VIII (paper 2 for SA and paper 3 for LP). Maharashtra TET 2019 will be a computer-based test. Online application form will be available to the candidates from last week of April 2019. Examination will be conducted in 2nd week of July 2019. The official authority will release Maharashtra TET Admit Card 2019 in 3rd week of June 2019.

    Maharashtra TET 2019: Notification

    Maharashtra TET 2019 is conducted by its official authority to recruit eligible candidate as a teacher for class I to class V and from Class VI to class VIII. Maha TET is a teacher eligibility test organized to check the teaching competence of the examinees. Successfully qualified candidates will get eligibility certificate which will be valid till the period of 7 year.

    The official authority will release the notification of online application form on the official website only. Application form will be available from the last week of April and can be filled till 3rd week of May 2019. Every notification will be released on the official website only.

    Maharashtra TET Eligibility Criteria 2019

    The very first and prior step to be performed by the candidates is checking the eligibility criteria. Every candidate is required to fulfil the eligibility criteria completely in order to fill the application form successfully and to avoid any rejection at the time of selection procedure. Below we are furnishing the eligibility criteria for both the papers.

    1. Age Limit: Candidate should be of at least 18 years old.
    2. Education Qualification:

    For Paper 1:

    1. Applying candidate should have passed the Higher Secondary (or equivalent) examination with an aggregate of 50% marks from recognized board and two-year Diploma in Primary Education in the recognized institution (DTED) (given any name).

    Or

    1. Applying candidate should have passed Higher Secondary (or equivalent) examination with an aggregate of 45% marks from a recognized board as per National Council for Teacher Education (Regulations, 2002) and passed the two-year Diploma in Primary Education in a recognized institution. (If there is a name given to it).

    Or

    1. Applying candidate should have passed the Higher Secondary (or equivalent) examination with an aggregate of 50% marks from a recognized board and passed the recognized institution, four years of Bachelor of Elementary Education.

    Or

    1. Applying candidate should have passed the Higher Secondary (or equivalent) examination with an aggregate of 50% marks in the recognized Board of Examination and the recognized institution of education science, two-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).

    1. Applying candidates should have the degree of accredited University and the teaching institution from a recognized institution passed a two-year diploma (given that name).

    For Paper 2:

    1. Applying candidate should have passed two-year Diploma in Accredited University’s Elementary Education and Accredited Institution (if any given name).

    Or

    1. Applying candidate should have passing a degree examination with minimum 45% marks in recognized university as per the National Council of Teacher Education (Regulations, 2002), and passing a year’s Bachelor in Education (Any name given to it).

    Or

    1. Applying candidate should have passed the Higher Secondary (or equivalent) examination with an aggregate of marks of 50% marks in the approved examination board and four years of Bachelor of Elementary Education.

    Or

    1. Applying candidate should have passed the Higher Secondary (or equivalent) examination with an aggregate of 50% marks in the approved examination board and four-year B.A. / B.Sc.Ed. or BAEd./B.Sc.Ed. Passed.

    Or

    1. Applying candidate should have the degree of recognized University with an aggregate 50% marks and one year of approved University B.Ed. (Special Education) passed the degree.

    Or

    1. Applying candidate should have passed a Degree Examination in Horticulture and Crop Science and Health Care Medical Services Group in Croup and Pre-School Management and a one-year degree in recognized university’s academia.

    Maharashtra TET Application Form 2019

    Filling up the Application form successfully will be the first and very prior step. Application form will be available on the official website of the conducting body and can be filled via online mode only. Candidates are advised to fill the application form before the last date. The official authority will not entertain any application after the deadline. Candidates are first required to register themselves online and then fill their particulars.

    Steps to Fill the Application Form

    Step 1: Online Registration

    • While you visit the official website to fill the application form instruction will get appear. Read all of them carefully and click on “I have read all the above instructions and want to fill an application for the Teacher Eligibility Examination” and click on the tab of “New Registration”.
    • Candidates now fill his/her particulars like First Name/Last Name/Birth Date/Gender/Mobile Number/Email ID.
    • Now, Click on “Submit” button.
    • Candidate will be provided with the TET Registration number and password through email on the registered email ID.

    Note: Registered mobile number and email ID can’t be used for re-registration.

    Step 2: Filling of Application Form

    Candidates are required to provide the following information:

    • SSC birth certificate, year of passing, SSC Enter certificate number.
    • Aadhaar number or Aadhaar registration number

    • Application level: Select your level of application whether you are applying for primary level or upper primary level or both.

    Step 3: Uploading of Photograph and Signature

    Candidate is now required to upload their scanned photograph and signature in the following given dimension:

    • 5 X 4.5 cm and 100 kb colour photo scan.
    • Photograph should be fitted up to 5KB to 100KB.
    • Signature should be fitted up to 2KB to 50KB.

    Step 4: Preview of Application Form

    • Candidate now needs to click on the preview tab to check the information filled.
    • Check the information. If you find any detail wrong, click on the Edit tab and make the changes.
    • After that, Click on ‘Submit’ tab.

    Step 5: Payment of Application Fee

    Candidate now have to pay the application fee in accordance to their category respectively.

    Step 5: Print of Application Form

    Now, take print out of the application form for future reference.

    Maharashtra TET Application Fee 2019

    Candidates are required to pay the application fee for the examination respectively. Application fee can be filled via online mode only through credit card, debit card, and ATM PIN, Internet Banking, Wallet/ Cash Card and UPI. The official authority will not accept the application via offline mode. Candidate is required to pay the application fee in accordance of their category respectively.

    Maharashtra TET 2019 will be conducted at two levels:

    1. Primary level (class I to class V)
    2. Upper primary level (class VI to VIII)

    Before the commencement of the examination, the official authority releases the exam pattern so that candidates will get a layout of the examination. We have provided the exam pattern below.

    Note: Candidates who wish to become teacher for both primary and upper primary level are required to give both the examination.

    Exam Pattern for Paper 1 (Class I to class V)

    • There will be 150 questions in the question booklet.
    • Time duration for the examination will be 2 hours 30 minutes.
    • There will be five sections and each section will carry 30 questions.
    • Each question will carry 1 mark.
    • There will be no negative marking.
    • All subjects are compulsory.

    Maharashtra TET Syllabus 2019

    Before the commencement of the examination, the official authority releases the syllabus to help candidates with the topics in the examination. Candidates are advised not to leave any topic as each and every topic has its own importance.

    Maharashtra TET Admit Card 2019

    • The official authority will release the admit card before the commencement of the examination.
    • Admit card will carry the important information candidates usually wait for like venue of the examination, timing of the examination, reporting time to the exam centre, day of the examination and important instructions to be followed by the candidate.
    • Admit card will be available on the official website and can be downloaded via online mode only.
    • Candidates are required to enter their registration number and password to download the admit card.
    • Candidates are advised to carry their admit card to the exam centre along with one photo ID as without them candidate will not be allowed to enter in the examination hall.
    • Admit card will release in July 2019.

    Steps to Download the Admit Card

    1. Candidates first need to visit the official website of the authority.
    2. Look for MAHA TET Admit Card and click on it.
    3. Enter your application number and DOB in order to download the admit card.
    4. Download the admit card and take a print out of it and preserve it.

    Maharashtra TET Answer Key 2019

    • The official authority will release the cut off list for both the papers in August 2019.
    • Answer key is released before the result declaration and after the commencement of the examination.
    • Candidates will get a rough idea about their qualifying marks via answer key.
    • Answer key will contain correct answer of each question.

    Maharashtra TET Result 2019

    • The official authority will release the result in the month of September 2019.
    • Result will be declared online on the official website.
    • Candidates are required to login with their registration number and password respectively.

    Maharashtra TET Cut Off 2019

    • The official authority will release the Cut Off on the official website.
    • Cut off list will be the minimum score required to qualify the exam.
    • The official authority will decide the marks required as per the requirements and the factors affecting the cut off.
    • Candidates are required to marks as per the cut off list in order to get shortlisted.

    Maharashtra TET Exam Dates 2019

    • Application form will be released in April 2019.
    • Last date to fill the Application form will be May 2019.
    • Admit Card will be available from July 2019.
    • Date of Examination is July 2019 for both papers.
