Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2019 – Bank of Baroda generally known as BOB is going to conduct completion examination to recruit eligible candidates for the position of Probationary Officers (PO) in branches of Bank of Baroda across India. Successfully qualifying candidates will have to undergo the 9-month banking and finance programme in Baroda Manipal School of Banking. After the completion of the programme, candidates will be awarded a post graduate certificate in banking and finance and will get appointed as probationary officer in Junior Management Grade/Scale –I.  After successfully joining the branches of Bank of Baroda as a Probationary Officer, candidates will have to undergo a 3-month training programme (Work Integrated Learning Programme). Candidates are required to fill the Bank of Baroda Application form 2019 in order to appear in the recruitment process.  Candidates first check their Eligibility Criteria and then fill the application form as application will get rejected if candidate is not eligible. Release date of application form for the process of recruitment has not been announced yet but soon the official authority will announce.     BOB Eligibility Criteria 2019

    It is important and mandatory for each and every candidate to check their eligibility before going to fill the application form. It is important to fulfill each rule implemented under eligibility criteria in order to fill the application form successfully and to avoid any uncertain scenario during selection process. Official authority i.e. Bank of Baroda is responsible for creating the eligibility criteria as a set of rules and regulation considering the factors like Nationality, Age limit, and Educational Qualification.  

    1. Nationality:

    Applying candidate should be:

    • Citizen of India
    • Can be a subject of Nepal/Bhutan
    • Refugee of Tibet who visited India before January 1, 1962, with intension of permanent settlement over here.
    • Candidate migrated from Burma, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, Vietnam, United republic of Tanzania with intension of permanent settlement over here.

    Note: Candidates belonging to the last three categories are required to produce their certificate issued by the government of India.

    1. Educational Qualification
    • Applying candidates is required to have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with an aggregate 55% mark.
    • Candidates belonging to reserved category candidates (SC/ST/PWD) need an aggregate of 50% marks for the same.
    • Applying candidates must hold a degree from a Govt. of India recognized university or institute.

    • The first and important to appear in the process of recruitment is filling up the application form successfully.
    • Application form will be available on the official website of Bank of Baroda as mentioned above.
    • Application form can be filled via online mode only.
    • Candidates are required to first register themselves online and then filling up the application form.
    • Candidates are required to upload his/her scanned documents.
    • Candidates are also required to pay the application fee in accordance of their category.

    Bank of Baroda Admit Card 2019

    • Admit Card will be released by the official authority on the official website only.
    • As recruitment is accomplished in four different stages so admit card is separately released by the authority before the commencement of each stage consecutively.
    • Candidates can download their admit card by inserting their registration number and password.
    • Admit card will carry important information like personal details, centre of examination, timing of examination, reporting timing and important instructions to be strictly followed by the candidate on the day of examination.

    Bank of Baroda Exam Pattern 2019

    The official authority releases the exam pattern so that candidates will get idea about the layout of the examination.  Important points about the exam pattern:

    • Exam will be held in online mode.
    • There will be 2 papers.
    • Paper 1 will be objective type and of 200 marks.
    • There will be four sections- Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, and English Language.
    • Paper 2 will be descriptive type having 2 questions from English language.
    • There will be clause of negative marking of ¼ marks.
    • Time duration will be 2 hours and 30 minutes for paper 1 and 30 minutes for paper 2.

    Bank of Baroda Syllabus 2019

    The official authority releases syllabus for the examination so that candidates will be familiar to the topics from which the questions are made.  Below we are furnishing the syllabus:

    Bank of Baroda: Programme Fee

    • For 9 month banking and finance programme in Baroda Manipal School of Banking candidate is required to pay Rs. 3, 45,000. Fees will be taken on the basis of boarding, lodging and course fee.
    • If candidate wish to take any other certificate like NISM (mutual funds, depository services) he/she has to pay Rs. 2,500.
    • After completing 5 years service in the bank programme fee will be reimbursed by Bank of Baroda as loyalty Bonus.
    • Candidates can take loan from Bank of Baroda in interest rate of 8% per annum.

    Bank of Baroda Answer Key 2019

    • Answer key is not released by the official authority as it is an online exam.
    • Some coaching institute release the answer key for the students. So that candidates can count their marks.

    Bank of Baroda Result 2019

    • Result will be declared on the official website of BOB.
    • Candidates are required to enter their registration number and password in order to get the result.
    • Result will be released separately for the online examination and GD/PI.
