JKCET 2018 Application Form

    • JKCET 2018 Application Form will be available in online mode only.
    • You won’t be getting an application form in offline mode under any circumstance.
    • You can fill the application form from 1st February to 28th February of 2018.
    • You will be asked to upload scanned images such as; Photograph, Signature, and Thumb Impression in prescribed JPG/ JPEG format.
    • The maximum file size of the photograph must not exceed 500kb whereas the maximum size of signature & thumb impression files are 200kb.
    • You have to upload documents such as; Permanent Residence Certificate, Marks Certificate, and Category Certificate also.
    • You are advised to keep the printout of the application form for further use also.

    JKCET 2018 Application Form Fee Details

    The fee details of JKCET 2018 Application Form will be as follows. Read below to know more. All the aspirants who are going to appear in JKCET 2018 have to pay rupees 800 as the application fee. You will be able to make the payment either in offline or online mode. If you are paying the fee in online mode, then you have made it through the HDFC integrated payment gateway with any national/ international Credit/ Debit Card. And, if you are going to choose offline method as your payment option, then you have to pay the fee with the bank challan from any HDFC Bank Branch or J & K Bank Branch.

    JKCET 2018 Eligibility Criteria

    Residential You must be a permanent resident of J & K
    Qualification Examination You have to qualify for 10+2/ 12th from the respective board.
    Minimum Marks You have to obtain at least minimum of 50% marks. (40% for reserved category applicants).
    Subjects You have to qualify the qualification with PCM & English.
    Age Limit The minimum age limit is 17 years as on or before of 31st December of 2018.
    Pursuing Aspirant Qualification examination pursuing applicants are eligible to apply.

    JKCET 2018 Exam Pattern

    Mode of the Examination The examination will be commenced in offline mode (pen – paper-based).
    Number of Papers There will be two papers which are each of PCM & PCB group.
    Type of Questions There will be MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) in the exam.
    The Number of Questions 60 questions will be asked of each subject.
    Method of Marking Each correct answer will be rewarded with one mark(s).
    Each incorrect answer will be rewarded with negative marks of 0.25 marks.

You won’t be allowed to enter the examination centre without a valid admit card. You have to keep the admit card safely until the admission process is over.

    JKCET 2018 Answer Key

The commencement authority of the examination will publish the answer key in online mode. If you have found any mistakes in the answer key, then you have to send a written appeal with the document supporting the same in the prescribed format. You have to submit rupees 1000 as a challenge fee.

    JKCET 2018 Result

    The details of JKCET 2018 result will be as follows. The authority will publish the JKCET 2018 result in online mode at the official website only. It is expected that the result will be published in online mode in the 4th Week of May 2018. The merit list of the examination will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the applicants in the examination. The merit list of JKCET 2018 will be prepared on the basis of categories in descending order.

    JKCET 2018 Counselling

    The counselling details of JKCET 2018 have provided below. All the aspirants will be called up for JKCET 2018 counselling on the basis of Merit List. The schedule of counselling will be released in online mode and the same will be published in the leading two English newspapers of J & K state.

    The call letter for JKCET 2018 will be available on the official website in online mode. The authority will not send any separate call letters to the applicants. You have to bring your original certificates along with rupees 500 on the counselling day. This 500 rupees will be the counselling fee. You will be asked to provide your college/ institution of preference.
