JEXPO 2017 and VOCLET 2017 (WBSCTE)

JEXPO 2017 will be conducted by the West Bengal State of Technical Education in the month of April 2017 so as to enroll the candidates in the diploma courses in engineering offered via this examination. JEXPO VOCLET 2017 Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility conditions are divided into many parts. Candidate’s eligibility is judged on various grounds like academic qualification, nationality, age etc. In order to be considered as eligible for JEXPO 2017, the candidate must have to satisfy all the conditions as mentioned here.

  • The candidate must pass the class 10th from any recognized board with the aggregate marks of 35%.
  • There is no upper age limit for JEXPO 2017 Exam.
  • Compulsory subjects must be Science, math and English.

JEXPO VOCLET 2017 Application form

The application form for the Exam of JEXPO 2017 can be filled in offline mode. The application form can be filled by the candidate only after the eligibility for the examination. Application form for the exam should be filled correctly and must be submitted before the prescribed deadline.

  • The application form can be obtained from the institutions that are affiliated to the WBSTE.
  • The amount of fee is Rs 500.
  • The application form will be released in the month of November 2016.
  • The application form for the JEXPO 2017 Exam will be submitted to the WBSTE affiliated institutions.

JEXPO VOCLET 2017 Exam Pattern

  • The JEXPO 2017 Exam will be divided into three parts:




  • There are total 200 questions in the examination.
  • The time duration of 3 hours will be allotted to solve the main examination.

JEXPO VOCLET 2017 Admit Card

In order to attend the actual Exam of JEXPO 2017, it is mandatory for all the candidates to bring the admit card in the examination hall. Candidates can download the admit card by just entering their application or registration number.

  • The admit card will be released at least ten days before the main examination.
  • Admit card is the document which provides candidate’s identification to the invigilator.
  • It will be checked at the time entry as well as during the JEXPO 2017 Exam.
  • Candidate must check all the information on the admit card.

  • Schedule Caste: 22%
  • Physically handicapped: 3%
  • Scheduled Tribe: 6%
  • Supernumerary under TWS: 5%
  • Land looser quota: 2%

JEXPO VOCLET 2017 – Answer Key

The answer key for the Exam of JEXPO 2017 will be declared soon after the examination. with the help of the answer key, the candidates can estimate their scores before the announcement of the result. The answer key contains the answers to all the questions of the final Exam of JEXPO 2017. The aspirant can download it by following the link stated in the post.

JEXPO VOCLET 2017 – Result

The result will be issued by the main exam conducting body after the completion of JEXPO 2017. The result will then select the candidates for the next round i.e. counselling round. Applicants can check their result by entering their roll number and birth date.

  • The result will be declared in the month of May 2017.
  • No alterations will be done in the result of the Exam of JEXPO 2017 after its final declaration.
  • This result will be directly based on the cutoff and display only the names of qualified candidates.
  • Result for all the candidates name wise will be declared later on.
  • Merit list will be prepared with the help of this announced result.
  • No request for re – evaluation will be processed in any situation.
