JEE Advanced 2018 Result Notification will be released on 10th June 2018 for the entrance examination which will be held on 20th May 2018. The result will be declared in the online mode by the exam conducting official authority i.e. Joint Admission Board (JAB).     JEE Advanced 2018 Result Notification

    The JEE Advanced 2018 Result will be announced on 10th June 2018 for all the exam takers who are going to take the exam on 20th May 2018. The candidates must know that the result will not be physically dispatched or not inform via email, SMS or post. The only medium to check the JEE Advanced 2018 Result is to access the link mentioned in the post. Also, there is no provision for re-checking the answer sheets as the declared result will be the final one.

    How to check JEE Advanced 2018 Result Online?

    As the JEE Advanced 2018 Result will be only declared in the online mode, therefore, the procedure to check the result is mentioned here for the candidate’s convenience.

    • Go to the official link of JEE Advanced 2018 Result (we will provide the link here)
    • Log in via entering your Application Number
    • Feed in your Date of Birth
    • And, fill your Registered Application Number
    • Hit “Submit” button
    • Your JEE Advanced 2018 Result will display on the screen
    • Check your respected result carefully
    • Save/Download your JEE Advanced Result 2018 and secure it
    • Take printout (more than 1 copy) of your result and preserve it for the future references

    Note: Save the copy of JEE Advanced 2018 Result for the further use and preserve it until the admission procedure gets over.

    JEE Advanced 2018 Score Card and Rank

    The JEE Advanced 2018 Score Card is available soon after the result declaration. The scorecard contains the rank and scores of the students. Based on the rank, the candidate will be called for counselling. This is the official document which is mandatory to download.

    Important points regarding JEE Advanced 2018 Result

    • The minimum prescribed marks will vary with the category.
    • Merit lists for OBC (NCL), SC and ST will be announced separately. JEE Advanced Result 2018 of candidates belonging to these categories will contain the specified relaxation in minimum marks.
    • No individual rank card will be sent to them.
    • Securing a rank in JEE Advanced 2018 will not guarantee admission to IITs or ISM.

    The tie-breaking rule for same marks:

      1. Higher rank for higher marks in Mathematics
      2. Followed by higher marks in Physics

    Note: After comparing marks in Mathematics and Physics if still there is a tie, then both the candidates will be assigned the same rank.
