WBJEE Counselling 2019– WBJEEB has started WBJEE Counselling 2019 for the qualified candidates of both JEE Main and WBJEE exams. The counselling process of WBJEE 2019 is conducted through online mode only and it has already begun from the 25 June 2019 and E-counselling process would be conducted in total 3 rounds. To participate in the counselling of WBJEE 2019, the qualified candidates have to first go through the registration process. After registration, candidates are required to fill their choice of colleges and courses in the order of their preference. WBJEE Counselling 2019 is for admission of the candidates qualified in West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam (WBJEE) 2019. WBJEE counselling is conducted for admissions to B.E/ B. Tech programs offered by 104 Government and Self Financed Engineering & Technological institutions. The candidates can participate in WBJEE counselling by registering themselves online. WBJEE Counselling Procedure 2019 – Check Here
The candidates going to take WBJEE exam in the year 2019 and qualify for counselling will have to follow the WBJEE Counselling procedure as given here. After declaration of WBJEE result 2019, the selected candidates have to register themselves for choice filling and locking of seat and desired institution. The candidates are selected for admission on the basis of their choice filling and WBJEE/ JEE ranks. Registration process will be done by the candidates only through online mode on the official website. The candidates have to choose if they wish to participate in the WBJEE Counselling 2019 on the basis of their WBJEE rank or JEE rank or both. WBJEE counselling would be conducted as per step-by-step procedure given below:
Step 1: Online Registration
The candidates have to first complete registration process for WBJEE counseling session 2019. Follow the easy steps given below to complete registration process:
- Click the link given on this page below (link would be updated when available).
- Select new registration and select for the registration through either through WBJEE, JEE Main or both.
- Enter qualifying exam (WBJEE or JEE or both) application number, name, roll number, and date of birth.
- Fill the details asked in the application form and enter submit button given there.
The candidates are advised to provide all details correctly in the application form because once the online application is submitted the candidates will not be able to make any correction in the details provided.
Step 2: WBJEE Counselling 2019 Fee Payment
After completing online registration process successfully, the candidates have to now make payment of the online registration process. The candidates have to pay Rs. 500 through debit card/credit card or through Allahabad Bank e-challan.
Step 3: Choice Filling and Locking
Now, the participating candidates have to fill the choice and lock it while online registering process. The candidates will have to select the courses and institutes as per their preference as many as they want. The candidates are advised to take print out of locked choices for future references. Before choice filling and locking process, the candidates are advised to check previous year’s WBJEE cutoff.
Step 4: WBJEE Seat Allotment
Now the candidates would be allotted seats as per their merit and choice of institution. The candidates would be allotted seats on the basis of their rank in WBJEE 2019, availability of seats, and preference. The candidates can check their allotment by logging in using their credential.
Step 5: Document Verification
The candidates are now required to verify their document and pay the fee at the reporting centre given in the table below. The complete list of reporting centre will be updated after releasing the official brochure for WBJEE 2019.

Step 6: Reporting to allotted institute
On completion of verification process, the candidates are required to report at the reporting institute as given in the provisional seat allotment letter. The candidates have to sign an undertaking which should be stating that their earlier seat allotment will stand cancelled if they are allotted a seat of higher preference in the 2nd or 3rd round.
