VIT University has declared 1st November 2018 as the date of VITEEE application form 2019 release through an official notification on their website. It’s a significant update for all the engineering aspirants, who are thinking of pursuing the UG-level engineering education i.e. B.Tech in various specializations at VIT. The applicants will be able to submit VITEEE 2019 application forms through both the modes- offline and online. However, an individual is allowed to fill one application form only using any of the available modes
The application fee for the online mode of VITEEE 2019 application form will be Rs. 1150 as per the official notification. On the other hand, the application fee for offline (OMR) VITEEE application forms will be 1200, which is to be made available in VIT campuses and designated post offices. Candidates need to visit the official website to check the list of post offices where the VITEEE 2019 application forms will be made available.
VITEEE is, however, a university-level exam m but it is conducted nationwide to shortlist the candidates for admission into engineering courses run at 4 VIT campuses- VIT Vellore, VIT Chennai, VIT Andhra Pradesh, and VIT Bhopal.
In the latest official notification, the exam pattern of VITEEE 2019 has also been specified. The students will have to face 125 MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) in VITEEE question paper. There will be no other language than English.
Along with the exam pattern, the notification also threw light on eligibility criteria for submitting the application form of VITEEE 2019. The date of birth of all candidates should fall after or on 1st July 1997 to meet the age criteria of VITEEE 2019.
Except B.Tech Biotechnology, the candidates must have passed 10+2 with PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) as the major subjects with at least 60% marks in each of the subjects. On the other hand, the applicants interested in B.Tech Biotech must have qualified their senior secondary with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/ Biotechnology with 60%.
