OJEE Counselling 2019 will be conducted by the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination from the 2nd week of June 2019. The candidates who will secure required marks in JEE Main 2019 exam will be eligible to apply for OJEE Counselling 2019. The candidates who are not appearing in JEE Main 2019 exam but want to get admission through OJEE Counselling will have to appear in a special test conducted by the OJEEB. The candidates who are eligible can register themselves for OJEE counselling 2019 from the 2nd week of June 2019 on the official website of WBJEEb as well as on this page. The candidates can college and course as per their preference. OJEE Counselling 2019 process will be conducted in total 6 steps which are registration, verification of documents, choice filling and locking, temporary seat allotment, reporting at nodal centre and reporting at allotted institute.     OJEE Counselling 2019- Check Counselling Procedure Here

    OJEE Counselling will be conducted by the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination from the 2nd week of June 2019. The candidates who will score required marks in JEE Main 2019 exam will be selected for admission into B. Tech program through OJEE Counselling. Schedule and procedure details for OJEE Counselling 2019 is not announced yet, till then, the candidates can check expected OJEE Counselling details based on last year’s process. The candidates have to follow few steps to get admission through OJEE counselling and the steps are explained below:

    Step 1- Registration

    First, the candidates who are selected for counselling will have to register themselves in online mode on the official website. The candidates have to first the name of course and then have to enter JEE Main 2019 roll number and date of birth. The candidates will have to enter additional information like address, mobile number, and bank details. The candidates have to take a print out of registration form. Thereafter, the candidates have to make payment of counselling fee using online mode of payment such as debit card/ credit card/ net banking) or through SBI Challan and the counselling fee will be Rs. 450.

    Step 2- Verification of Documents

    The candidates have to now report at their nearest nodal centres for verification of documents. Both the original documents and their photocopies have to be carried to the nodal centre. The original documents will be verified and the photocopies will be submitted. The candidates are required to bring the following document at their nearest nodal centre:

    • JEE Main Result
    • Online registration slips of OJEE counselling
    • Payment Slip
    • 10th standard certificate or any other document showing the candidate’s date of birth
    • 12th standard mark sheet and pass certificate
    • Resident/Nativity Certificate in original from concerned Revenue Officer
    • Income Certificate for TFW candidates
    • Green Card issued by Family Welfare Department of Govt. Of Odisha
    • Original Certificate in support of Outlying Odia Speaking Tract category
    • Certificate in support of NRI
    • Medical Certificate from SCB Medical College by PC candidates
    • Certificate of Employment of candidate’s parent
    • Original SC/ST/ Certificate by birth state of Odisha
    • Ex-Serviceman candidates to apply at Rajya Sainik Board and verify whether their name is recommended or not
    • Qualifying exam pass certificate from Odisha

    Step 3- Choice Filling and Locking

    The candidates have to now fill and lock their preferred choices of program and college for OJEE counselling 2019. The candidates have to select as many as possible in order of preference as there is no limit to selecting the choice. The candidates have to click on “Lock” button and an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number of the candidates. After submitting the OTP, the choices will get locked.

    Step 4- Temporary Seat Allotment

    The examination conducting body will release result of temporary seat allotment which will have total 2 rounds. The candidates whose name will be included in the temporary allotment will be informed by the conducting body.

    Step 4- Reporting at Nodal Centre

    The candidates who are temporarily allotted seats will have to pay the admission fee of Rs 25,000 and have to report at nodal centre. The candidates can make payment of the admission fee using SBI or Axis bank challan or through online modes of making payment like debit card/credit card/net banking.

    Step 5- Final Seat Allotment

    The candidates who were allotted engineering seats on temporary basis will be finally allotted final seat only if they have completed reporting at nodal centre and paid the admission fee. Newly allotted candidates will also allotted seats finally in this step. The candidates have to download the final allotment letter.

    Step 6- Reporting at Allotted Institute

    The candidates who will be finally allotted seats will have to report at the institute mentioned on the final seat allotment letter. The candidates have to complete the admission formalities by paying the fee. The candidates will be generated a registration card ofter they have completed admission process.
