NATA Eligibility Criteria 2019 has been revised for the candidates desired to take up NTA exam in 2019. Now, the candidates who are passed in art discipline in class 12 or its equivalent exam are also eligible to apply, but, such candidates must have passed in physics, chemistry and mathematics subjects in class 12 from CBSE board. NATA eligibility criteria is described by the exam conducting authority, i.e. Council of Architecture. The eligibility criteria for NATA 2019 will be published in the official information brochure for the exam. Aspiring candidates will need to go through the eligibility criterion before applying for the exam. Candidates falling out of the eligibility criteria as described by COA will not be considered eligible for admissions and entrance process. All the candidates willing to appear for the exam must satisfy all the eligibility conditions such as age limit, qualifications, nationality, etc. this national level test is conducted to offer admissions to the aspiring candidates under 5 years B.Arch program. NATA Eligibility Criteria 2019

The eligibility criteria for NATA 2019 is set by COA. The candidates falling out of the eligibility criteria will not be considered eligible to appear in the entrance exam and admissions process. Only those candidates will be considered eligible for entrance and admissions process who fulfill NATA Eligibility Criteria 2019 as prescribed on this page. In case of any discrepancy found in the eligibility information provided by the candidate, COA will cancel the candidature of such candidates and their NATA score will become zero. As per NATA Eligibility Criteria 2019:

  • Qualifying Exam: A candidate must have qualified either 12th standard or 10+3 diploma in any stream from any recognized central/state government or must have or International Baccalaureate Diploma (after completing schooling for 10 years). The exam conducting authority will consider the appearing candidates eligible too to apply for the exam.
  • Required Subjects: The candidates must have physics, chemistry & mathematics as main subjects in their qualifying exam.
  • Minimum Required Marks: The candidates applying for the exam must have qualified the above-mentioned degrees with at least 50% aggregate marks and with physics, chemistry & mathematics as main subjects.
  • Age: There is no age limit to apply for the exam.
  • Lateral Entry: No lateral entries will be entertained by the Council of Architecture in NATA 2019.
  • Arts Candidates: Recently, COA has announced that the candidates who are passed class 12 or its equivalent exam in humanity but passed in mathematics, physics, chemistry subjects are also eligible to apply for NATA 2019 exam.

NATA Eligibility Criteria 2019- B.Arch courses

  • For admissions in the B.Arch course, a candidate must have qualified NATA and must have secured scores as per the requirement of NATA participating institutes 2019.
  • The aspiring candidate must have scored 50% aggregate marks in his 10+2 exams or 10+3 diploma from any state or central government or International diploma with Mathematics as one of compulsory subject.
  • COA will not entertain any lateral admissions.

    • The admissions and counseling authorities will release the reservation criteria at the time of counselling process.
    • As per the policy, the color blind candidates will not be considered eligible for entrance and admissions process.

    NATA Application Process 2019

    The application forms for NATA 2019 will be released in the month of January 2019, tentatively. The application forms will be available online on the NATA portal. The candidates will need to fill their personal details, qualifications, and all other details as asked in the application form. The application procedure will be considered complete after the payment of application fee is done. The candidates are advised to fill in all details correctly and truly. In case of any discrepancy found in the application form, the candidature of the candidate will be canceled by COA.
