KIITEE Eligibility Criteria 2019 – The KIIT is a popular engineering education institution in India, which conducts the KIITEE entrance examination (Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Examination) for the candidates. Every year, thousands of the candidates appear in the examination of KIITEE to complete their various undergraduate and postgraduate engineering programs and they can apply through online mode.     Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology will commence an all India KIITEE 2019 examination to give admission to the relevant candidates in at least 10 programs. The list of the KIIT and allied campuses is given below:

    • School of Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Computer and Civil Engineering
    • School of Computer application
    • KIT school of Management
    • Rural Management school KIT
    • KIT School of law and Biotechnology
    • Kalinga Institute of Medical science, Nursing science, and Dental science
    • School of fine arts, fashion technology, and film media.
    • School of languages and architecture.

    Application form of KIITEE 2019 will be released for the aspirants who are determined to be occupied in Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology entrance exam. The application process must be completed before the payment deadline.

    It is informed that aspirants must go through the KIITEE eligibility criteria 2019 before completing the application form.

    UNDERGRADUATE COURSES

    • Tech /B.Tech.(4 years) and Dual Degree M.Tech (5 years)/B.Tech & Dual Degree MBA (5 years) programme:
    Qualifying Exam: Candidates who have cleared intermediate examination in 2017,2018 or still pursuing intermediate examination in 2019 are only eligible to apply for B.Tech (4 years), B.Tech & M.Tech- Dual Degree (5 years), B.Tech & MBA- Dual Degree (5years) course of the University.
    The students should have studied in regular full time education in their schooling/college.
    . Matriculation passed or its equivalent with minimum 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics collectively.
    B.Tech & M.Tech.(Dual Degree) Biotechnology.

    Qualifying Exam: Pass in 10+2 or equivalent with at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology collectively.

    Age limit: Should have born on or after 01.07.1998
    • For B.Tech.-LE (3 years):Passed 3-year diploma course in Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from State Council of Technical Education of any state.The student should be born on or after 01/07/1995.

    • For B.Arch(4 years)

    Qualifying Exam: 10+2 passed from a recognized board by securing 60% marks in aggregate with Mathematics subject.
    Score Card: Must have NATA score card.

    • For BBA (3 years)

    Qualifying Exam: Passed 12th in any stream with Mathematics/Business/Mathematics/Economics/ Statistics as one of the subjects with at least 50% marks.

    • For BCA (3 years)

    Qualifying Exam: Intermediate pass with Mathematics as one of the subjects by securing at least 50% marks.

    • For B.Des (Fashion/Textile) (4 years)

    Qualifying Exam: Pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Central/State Board with 50% marks in aggregate.
    Age Limit: Should have born on or after 01.07.1998.

    • For B.A.LL.B/BBA LL.B/B.Sc LL.B(5 years)

    Qualifying Exam: 10+2 in any stream with minimum 45% marks. Candidates those applying for B.Sc LL.B. have to pass 10+2 in science stream with not less than 45% marks.
    Age Limit: Age should be 21 years as on 1st July 2019.

    POST GRADUATE COURSES

    • For M.Tech. (2 years)

    Qualifying Exam: B.E./B.Tech or its comparable degree in any segment of engineering or 1st division in MCA or M.Sc(CS/IT) from a recognized institution.
    Score Card: GATE qualified candidates can also apply.

    • For LL.M

    Qualifying Exam: Applying candidate must have passed B.A.LLB/BBA LLB/B.Sc., LLB/B.L degree OR an equivalent degree with at least 55% aggregate marks..

    Seat Reservation:

    The pattern of seat reservation as per KIITEE Eligibility Criteria 2019 is as follows:

    • 15% seats are reserved for those candidates who belong to Scheduled Caste (SC) category.
    • 5% seats have reserved those candidates who belong to scheduled tribe (ST) category.
    • 3% seats have reserved those candidates who belong to Physically Challenged (PC) category.
    • 60% seat is reserved for female applicants.
    • Unfulfilled seats each year are offered to the candidates belonging to the General category.
