KEAM Counselling 2019- The examination conducting has released the first phase seat allotment on 20 June 2019. CEE Kerala has already commenced the option registration of KEAM counselling 2019, Candidates can now fill their preferred choices in online mode. The final date for option registration is 19 June 2019. The authorities are conducting the counselling of KEAM 2019 in online mode. The term KEAM  which stands for the  Kerala Engineering Agricultural Medical is the purposed examination which is conducted to evaluate the skills of the students for further progress in the studies and availing various quality level courses of engineering and pharmaceutical field. However, the KEAM is inclined towards providing the facility to get admission into such courses across the state of Kerala.     KEAM Counselling 2019 Process

    The KEAM Counselling 2019 shall be equipped with different parameters; however, the counseling shall take place tentatively around the last week of June 2019. The candidate who will qualify KEAM 2019 shall be eligible for the KEAM Counselling 2019 and the allotments of the seat shall be based on their performance in KEAM 2019. The KEAM counselling 2019 should be taken by the candidates either through the online mode or through the Facilitation Centre which is also termed as FC.

    Registration for KEAM Counselling 2019

    The process of registration for KEAM Counselling 2019 shall be done through the online mode. Other modes include the physical visit at the Facilitation Centre as mentioned earlier. However, there are certain steps which are also included in the KEAM 2019 registration process which are stated below-

    Log in to the registration Panel for the KEAM Exam or for the KEAM Counselling 2019

    • For login into the registration panel of the website first Click on “KEAM 2019 Candidate Portal”.
    • The candidate must use their roll number and the application number to successfully log in to the website.
    • Once the candidate is successfully logged in, he/ she needs to submit the key number and password. However, the key number is a 16 digit alphanumeric code which is furnished to the candidates on their security card.

    Selection of Courses and Colleges

    • Once the candidate is logged in, he/she c will be able to view the participating colleges and institute which shall be displayed on the website.
    • The candidates shall be able to select their interesting choices to form the options available on the website.
    • It is advisable that the candidates should fill maximum number choices for the prominent chances of admission.
    • The candidates shall be able to see and check the choices made by them. They can further click on the option “Save” to save their selection.

    It is also important that the candidate should double check their preferences as it will be considered for the seat allotment of KEAM Counselling 2019.

    The Option of Filter

    • Candidates shall be able to filter out options according to their requirements and can also edit their choice using the edit button.
    • The candidate shall be able to add or drop a course as well the college as per their choice or preferences.
    • Once this filtration is complete the candidate can now submit their form.

    Reviewing and Printing

    Once the candidate submits the choices, he /she shall be able to review the chosen preferences and then take a print out of the same which can be further used for future references.

    The Trial Allotment of KEAM 2019

    The conducting authority is liable and shall further announce about the allotment prior to the declaration of the final allotment result. However, the candidates shall be able to know about the proximity of their admissions through this facility. However, the allotment shall be based on the preferences or choices made by the candidates during the time of opting for KEAM counselling 2019. Still, there is no guarantee of the seat as it is a trial allotment.

    Seat Allotment Procedure For KEAM 2019

    The centralized allotment process shall be regulated and administered by the authorities of KEAM 2019. The process of seat allotment is an impactful part of the KEAM Counselling 2019. The allotment of the seats is based on the merit of the candidates and the allotment results are shall be declared only through the online mode. The allotment receipt of the allotment memo shall cater the information related to the college and the candidate shall be able to fathom about the college which has been allotted.

    Candidates who would get selected for KEAM 2019 would have to pay their specified Fee into the Commissioner of Entrance exam (CEE) account and in the specified branch of the SBT (State Branch of Travancore). The candidates who would be selected for KEAM 2019 are required to report to their Allocated institute to confirm their admission. The document Verification for KEAM 2019 would be done during the admission time, therefore, the candidates must bring their original documents with them at the time of admission. There would be around Four Seat Allotment rounds for KEAM 2019 counseling. A bonus round may be organized in offline mode if vacant seats would be available at the end of the three online rounds of Counselling

    Documents for Verification

    The following documents must be carried for verification in the KEAM 2019 Counselling. The candidates are requested to not forget any of these documents while going to KEAM 2019 Counselling:

    • KEAM Admit Card 2019
    • KEAM Result 2019
    • Date of Birth Certificate
    • Allotment Memo that has been issued by CEE
    • Bank Fee Receipt
    • 10+2th Class Mark Sheet and Certificate
    • Transfer Certificate issued from the last attended institute
    • Conduct Certificate issued by the last attended institutes
    • Certificate of Eligibility
    • Migration Certificate (if required)
    • Physical Fitness Certificate 

    KEAM 2019 Seat Reservation

    There is a specified number of seats reserved for Special reservations, All India Quota, Persons with Disabilities, Government of India Nominees and Management Quota. Apart from this seat reservation, the rest of Government seats would be allocated as per the mandatory reservation rules.

    The following is the percentage distribution of the reserved seats according to the mandatory reservation made under the KEAM 2019:

    The total number of available seats in KEAM seat reservation 2019 would be declared before the start of the Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) 2019. The conducting authority will also decide the total number of seats to be allotted to the various courses that would be provided by the Government-Aided and private colleges before CAP. The candidate will be selected for Admission into Government seats on the basis of the KEAM 2019 of rank list.
