Ans. If your details in the Aadhar card does not match with details in your documents, then you should submit a correction request at Aadhaar centre, and then apply for JEE Main 2019 exam by submitting the 14 digits Aadhaar Enrolment ID / UR No assigned to you.
Ques. Candidates belonging to which states are exempted from Aadhar card number?
Ans. Candidates belonging to Jammu and Kashmir, Assam and Meghalaya have to enter their passport number, ration card number, bank account number or any other valid Government identity number, instead of submitting their Aadhar card number.
Ques. How is the offline mode of exam different from an online mode of an exam?
Ans. From the year 2019 onwards, JEE Main exam will be conducted in online mode only. However, you must know how is the offline mode of exam different from an online mode of exam. The offline exam is a pen and paper-based test, whereas in online mode the JEE Main 2019 exam is a computer-based test. As per convenience and preference, candidates can choose the mode they want to give exam in. The major difference between offline and online mode is that, in online mode, aspirants will be able to select their date, time, and JEE Main exam centres 2019 on the basis of their convenience and preference. The offline mode of exam is a bit expensive in comparison to the online mode of exam.
Ques. What should be done in case of failure of the transaction while paying the application fee for JEE Main 2019?
Ans. Candidates must know that after the payment of the application fee the status of payment is not communicated in real time by the payment gateway, and then the candidates will need to pay the application fee again. Payment can be made in both offline and online mode. Within 7 or 10 working days the payment of the candidate will be refunded back if payment was made through online mode. In case of payment through offline mode, the candidates must contact the concerned bank authorities.

Ans. As per JEE Main eligibility criteria 2019, candidates who have qualified their 12th class in 2017 or 2018, or appearing in 2019 are eligible to apply for the exam.

Ans. As described in the JEE Main exam pattern 2019, the questions in paper 1 will be based on Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subject combination. Mathematics, Aptitude Test and Drawing will be the subject combination for JEE Main paper 2.

Ques. What is the payment criteria for challenging the official answer key for JEE Main 2019 exam?
Ans. In case any candidate finds any discrepancy in the official JEE Main answer key 2019, he can challenge the answer key by paying Rs.1000 through online mode of payment for each question to be challenged.

Ans. Ranks secured by the candidates will be displayed on their score cards. Also through the JEE Main rank list 2019 candidates can avail their ranks. Candidates must know that for admissions, NTA will consider the All India Ranks for admissions.
