JEE Main Exam Pattern 2019 will be a fruitful bunch of information for the candidates who are preparing for JEE Main exam to be held in 2019 so that they can plan their study timetable accordingly. NTA has released the exact date schedule for JEE Main January as well as JEE Main April 2019 exams. Hence, candidates can assume the notification along with the exam pattern of JEE Main 2019. In order to prepare for JEE Main 2019 exam in a particular way, the candidates must go through the JEE Main exam pattern 2019 and keep it in their mind. As per direction given by the MHRD ministry, JEE Main exam will be conducted twice in a year. JEE Main exam is a national level common entrance test conducted to offer admissions to the deserving candidates in various engineering and architecture courses offered at government and non-government institutes such as IITs, NITs, IIITs and more. National Testing Agency has made some changes to be practised from 2019 and the changes would be; JEE Main exam will be conducted twice in a year in computer-based online mode. JEE Main Exam Pattern 2019 will be almost as same as last year’s exam pattern except one major change will be seen from JEE Main 2019 exams that is the exam will be conducted in online mode only.

Scholarship

Through JEE Main 2019 exam, the aspiring candidates will be offered admissions in BE/B. Tech and B.Arch/B.Plan courses. According to recently released JEE Main 2019 notification, first JEE Main 2019 exam will be organized from 6 to 20 January 2019 and second JEE Main 2019 is scheduled to be held from 6 to 20 April 2019. Online application procedure for JEE Main January exam has been started from 1 September 2018 whereas the aspirants planning to fill JEE Main Application Form 2019 for April need to wait till 8th February 2019. The completed JEE Main Exam Pattern 2019 and schedule is yet to be announced by NTA; it is expected to be announced soon on the official website. JEE Main Exam Pattern 2019

    NTA has determined the JEE Main Exam Pattern 2019 for JEE Main January and April 2019 exams. The candidates can check the official JEE Main Exam Pattern 2019. The JEE Main 2019 exam will comprise of two papers, i.e. Paper 1 and Paper 2. The paper 1 will be conducted for admissions of candidates in B.E./B.Tech courses, whereas the paper 2 will be conducted to offer admissions to the aspiring candidates in B.Arch/B.Planning courses. The exam pattern for both the papers is mentioned below in a tabular representation.

    The paper 1 will be conducted for B.E./B.Tech courses. The exam will be conducted in online mode only. JEE Main 2019 paper 1 will consist of questions from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects. There will be 30 questions each from every subject. The exam will be of 360 marks. The questions will be objective type, and for each correct answer, the candidate will be rewarded with 4 marks. For each correct answer, 1 mark will be deducted. The mode of the language of the question paper will be Hindi, English, and Gujarati. The JEE Main Paper 1 will be conducted for 3 hours.

    The paper 2 will be conducted for B.Arch/B.Planning courses. The exam will be conducted in offline mode. The paper 2 will consist of questions from Aptitude, Drawing, and Mathematics subjects. There will be 30 questions from Mathematics, and 50 questions each from the other two subjects. The exam will be of 390 marks. The questions will be of both objective and subjective type, and for each correct answer, the candidate will be rewarded with 4 marks. For each correct answer, 1 mark will be deducted. The mode of the language of the question paper will be Hindi, English, and Gujarati. The JEE Main Paper 2 will be conducted for 3 hours.

    JEE Main Mock Test 2019

    Since from 2019 onward, the exam will be conducted in a completely online mode thus, the candidates must practice as much as online mock tests, as much they can. NTA will establish the number of practice centres for the help of students belonging to rural areas. Aspirants can go and practice there on weekends from 1st September 2018, free of charge.
