GATE Notification 2019- On 6th July 2018, the official notification for GATE 2019 was released by the authorities, which was later removed from the official website. IITM will make the public launch of GATE notification 2019 anytime soon, as it has been observed in previous year also that IITM releases a sample notification to test launch of their official website. Dates and other information related to GATE 2019 are tentative, based on the sample notification released by IITM. However, candidates are advised to consider the details mentioned below for reference but must wait for the actual release of GATE notification 2019. As soon as the public launch of notification for GATE 2019 is done by IITM, we will provide all the details here.
What is new in GATE 2019?
As per the sample notification released by IITM, one new paper “Statistics” will be added to GATE 2019 with a code of “ST”. Applicants will also be able to apply for GATE 2019 after the last date. Late applications will be accepted with late fee of Rs. 500 for Indian candidates, and 20 USD for foreign candidates.

In 2019, Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) will be conducted by IIT Madras. We can expect the release of public launch of GATE Notification 2019 anytime soon by IIT Madras. Till now, only this has been officially declared that GATE 2019 will be conducted by IIT Madras. GATE 2019 will be conducted to offer admissions to the aspiring candidates to IITs and IISc, NITs, CFTIs and other engineering institutes India offering admissions on basis of GATE scores into various M.E./M.Tech and PhD programs. This national level post graduate engineering exam is expected to be held on 2nd, 3rd, 9th, and 10th February 2019 as per the notification released on 6th July 2018. Along with the release of actual GATE Notification 2019, exam conducting authority will also release the important dates, eligibility criteria, syllabus, and other aspects related to GATE 2019 exam.
