BCECE 2019 has been cancelled, admission will be done through JEE Main exam. Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has released a notification regarding the cancellation of BCECE 2019 exam. As per the released notification, BCECE 2019 exam will not be conducted and the candidates will be selected for admission on the basis of JEE Main score. Meanwhile, the students who will appear in JEE Main Exam will only be able to get admission into UG level engineering program offered by the institutes located in Bihar state. Till the year 2018, BCECEB was conducting the BCECE exam to offer admissions to the aspiring candidates into various undergraduate engineering courses as offered by various participating institutes. It must be noted that the aspirants willing to get admission through BCECE 2019 will need to fill & submit the online application form under the given time limit. Before registering themselves for the exam, candidates must ensure that they are falling under the eligibility criteria described for the admission. Ineligible candidates will not be considered for the admission process. The application process for Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination will begin in 1st week of March 2019, tentatively. Applicants who will successfully submit their application forms and will fall under the eligibility criteria will be offered the seat. JEE Main exam is conducted in 2 sessions and the first session of JEE Main exam is already conducted from 8 to 12 January 2019. On the basis of ranks secured by the candidates in JEE Main 2019, they will be called for counselling and seat allotment process.     BCECE 2019 Application Form

    Application form for BCECE 2019 will be available in 1st week of March 2019. Applicants willing to apply for the exam must fill in and submit their forms in or before 1st week of April 2019, tentatively. BCECE application form 2019 will be made available by the exam conducting authority in online mode. Aspirants will need to first register themselves and then fill the application form. Candidates must ensure that they are falling under the eligibility criteria described by the exam conducting authority. Ineligible candidates will not be considered for the admission process.

    • Application forms will be available in online mode. Thus, candidates will need to visit the official website to register themselves for BCECE 2019.
    • Candidates will need to fill their personal and qualification details. They will also need to upload the scanned images of their photo and signature in the application form.
    • It is mandatory to fill Part B after filling the Part A. incomplete forms will be considered as no applications.
    • The printout of BCECE 2019 application form must be sent to – “Controller of Examination, B.C.E.C.E. Board, I.A.S. Association Building, Near Patna Airport, P.O. B.V. College, Patna-800014”

    The application fee for BCECE 2019 can be paid in both online and offline mode. It must be noted that the application form will be considered concluded after the payment of the application fee.

    BCECE 2019 Eligibility Criteria

    Eligibility criteria for BCECE 2019 will be described by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board for BCECE 2019 aspirants. It is mandatory for all the aspirants applying for the exam to satisfy the BCECE eligibility criteria 2019. Applicants must know ineligible candidates will not be considered for entrance and admission process. Exam conducting authority has all the rights to cancel the candidature of the candidate at any given point of time if found ineligible. Eligibility criteria will vary for each course and category.     Nationality

    • Candidate applying must be an Indian citizen.

    Domicile

    • Applicants must have domicile of Bihar.
    • Parents of the candidate applying for BCECE 2019 must be the permanent resident of Bihar.
    • Candidates whose parents are not from Bihar, but hold a government job in the state are also eligible to apply.

    Age

    • There is no age limit for candidates applying for BCECE 2019 to get admissions under engineering & pharmacy courses.

    Qualification Eligibility (Engineering & Pharmacy courses)

    • Applicant must have qualified 10+2 or any equivalent exam from any recognized board.
    • Must have passed with minimum 45% marks (general category) and 40% marks (reserved category)
    • Should have qualified with Physics & Mathematics as mandatory subjects. It is Physics and Chemistry for candidates applying for Pharmacy courses.
    • Appearing candidates can also apply, only if they pass the qualifying exam before the counselling process.

    BCECE 2019 Admit Card

    BCECEB will not issue the BCECE admit card 2019 to the candidates as the conducting board has decided to take admission on the basis of JEE Main score. The candidates are prescribed to preserve the JEE Main 2019 admit card as it will be required at the time of BCECE counselling 2019.

    BCECE 2019 Preparation Tips

    • Applicants must make a proper schedule and time table to prepare for the exam.
    • The schedule prepared must be followed on regular basis so as to secure desired scores.
    • Before starting the preparations, candidates must get familiar with the exam pattern and syllabus described by the exam conducting authority.

    BCECE 2019 Result
