AEEE Counselling 2019 will be conducted by Amrita University from 5 May 2019. The candidates who will secure required marks in AEEE 2019 exam will be selected for admission through AEEE Counselling. The candidates will be offered seats in their desired program only on the basis of choice filling, availability of seats and ranks. The selected candidates will have to download the AEEE counselling letter from the official website of Amrita University after being shortlisted for the admission process. Amrita University will start AEEE Counselling 2019 with SC & ST category followed by open and state quota category candidates. The candidates have to appear in AEEE counselling along with the AEEE counselling letter and required documents as per the schedule released by the conducting body. Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam (AEEE) is a university level entrance exam conducted for admission to the engineering programs offered by its 4 campuses of Amrita University located at Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Amritapuri, and Chennai. Computer based online AEEE 2019 exam will be tentatively held from 22 to 26 April 2019 while pen & paper based offline mode exam will be held from 27 April 2019. The candidates who will qualify in AEEE exam will be shortlisted for AEEE Counselling 2019. The qualified candidates will be allotted seats on the basis of their choice filling, availability of seats and ranks.

AEEE Counselling 2019 Process

The candidates selected for admission will have to participate in AEEE counselling which will be simultaneously conducted at Amritapuri, Bengaluru, and Coimbatore campuses of Amrita University. The candidates can participate in any of the campuses who are organizing AEEE counselling in order of their preference and availability of seat. The candidates have to follow the steps to get admission through AEEE counselling:

Downloading the Counselling Letter: The selected candidates have to download the AEEE counselling letter on this page or on the official website of conducting body. The candidates will not be allowed to participate if they don’t have AEEE counselling letter.
Registration at Counselling Venue: Now, the candidates have to visit the notified counselling venue along with the AEEE counselling letter and have to produce it at registration dest, thereafter, the candidates will be get registered.
Fill the Choices: In order to prefer choice, the candidates have to fill their choices of branch and Amrita university campuses.
Document Verification: The candidates have to produce the original documents along with the 1 set of photocopy.

Document Required at the Time of AEEE Counselling 2019

The selected candidates will have to produce the following documents at the time of admission counselling:

AEEE Counselling Call Letter
Class 10 and 12/HSC mark sheet and pass certificates
Hall ticket of class 12/HSC
Caste Certificate (if applicable)
Demand Draft (DD) for Rs. 10,000 in favor of ‘Amrita School Of Engineering’ payable at Coimbatore, towards counselling fee
Transfer and conduct certificate
AEEE hall ticket 2019 (With Signature of Invigilator)

AEEE Counselling 2019 Fees

The shortlisted candidates will have to pay the counselling fee along with course fee at the time of AEEE counselling registration 2019 process. The candidates have to pat the counselling fee using offline mode through demand draft which should be in favor of “Amrita School of Engineering” payable at Coimbatore. Note: The candidates also have to pay the amount of refundable caution deposit of Rs. 10,000 at all campuses. The above-mentioned amount has to be paid annually. The scholarship is awarded in the rank order and reimbursed after the last date of admissions.
