Even though the admissions into the different UG programmes at Delhi University have almost been done the candidates still possess the option of signing up for the various certificate courses that will help them in enhancing their CVs with the help of options such as art appreciation, sign interpretation, charkha spinning etc. the varsity is now accepting applications for these courses that’s offered at its various colleges.
The skill-based courses will add to the CVs
The language course, media studies, corporate communication , photography etc are some of the most popular choices of the plethora of courses that are being offered via the Delhi University.
St. Stephens College also known as the School Of Languages is now offering various part time diploma and advanced diploma courses in French, German, Spanish, Chines and Japanese.
Mr. Renish Geevarghese Abraham the Coordinator of the colleges School of Language stated that “We have also introduced certificate courses in Italian and Korean from this year. These courses are open not only to DU students but also the public at large.”
The language courses are also made available at Daulat Ram College, Ramjas College and Hindu College.
The Equal Opportunity cell (EOC) of the varsity is also conducting three levels of courses in sign interpretation and the course is offered with A, B and c levels of 3 months duration and the classes of which are held in the afternoon.
Those candidates who possess a flair for number crunching can take up the certificate programme in financial markets that are being held at Gargi College and Jesus and Mary College.
