AICTE has decided to cancel CMAT 2015 September

The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has decided to Cancel the Common Management Admission Test for the month of September. The CMAT 2015 is a nation-level admission test in order to facilitate institutions in shortlisting suitable candidates for the admission in all the management programs that are affiliated to AICTE. It is conducted as the main exam for Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programmes for the academic session 2015-2016

CMAT 2015 September rescheduled for January 2016

According to a telephonic conversation with an AICTE official “CMAT 2015 will not take place in September, this year. It will instead be held in the first week of January 2016. The candidates would be able to access the exam related information by the end of the year on the official website.”

There is also a delay expected in the official notification that’s supposed to be released in the month of September. The candidates will be notified regarding their admit cards, roll nos, test date, test time , reporting time at the venue, venue name, venue address as well as certain brief instructions during the exam

The CMAT 2015 exam will consist of around 180 questions that will be for the duration of 180 mins. The candidates will be asked questions from the following four major domains:

  1. Quantitative Techniques & Data Interpretation
  2. Logical Reasoning
  3. General Awareness
  4. Language Skills
