CUCET 2018: Application Form, Admit Card, Exam Dates

CUCET 2018 Application Form and online registration process starts from 16th March 2018. In this article candidate will find all details on CUCET 2018 such as admit card, exam dates and latest news. CUCET – Central Universities Common Entrance Test is a national level examination conducted by the nine central universities jointly for providing admission into various UG, PG & other courses. Candidates after passing  CUCET 2018 examination can get admission in central universities of Punjab, Haryana, Jharkhand, Tamil Nadu, Kashmir, Jammu, Karnataka, Kerala and Rajasthan.

CUCET 2018 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must check the CUCET Eligibility Criteria which is provided below:

M.Phil Programme Minimum 55% for General category and 50% marks for SC/ST/PWD with the Master’s degree
Ph. D Programs M.Phil degree or
Qualified in the following: NET/UGC/CSIR-JRF or SLET (Equivalent to NET/JRF as per UGC norms) or a holder of Teacher Fellowship or
Teacher in a constituent/affiliated college/department of the university & research experience for at least two years or As an in-service candidate with three years’ experience and has master’s degree with at least 55% marks for General category and 50% for SC/ST/PWD in the relevant subjects.

CUCET 2018 Application Form

  • CUCET Application Form 2018 will tentatively be released from 2nd week of March 2018 through the official website via Online mode.
  • Candidates have to fill the Application form by entering the Personal and Educational detail like Name, Qualification, etc
  • Scanned Images of latest photograph, signature and documents are to be uploaded for filling the application form.
  • After filling the Application Form candidates have to pay the fees for the form and submit it through online or offline mode.
  • It is advised to candidates to take a printout of the filled application form and use for further reference.

Application Fee:

  • The fees for Application Form can be paid through Debit or Credit Card or by Challan of SBI bank any branch.
  • The PWD category candidates are exempted from application fee.

CUCET 2018  Syllabus

The detailed Syllabus for CUCET 2018 is provided below:

  • The Syllabus for CUCET has been divided into two parts i.e. Part A and Part B.
  • Part A comprises of topics such General Awareness,  English language and analytical skills, mathematical aptitude.
  • Part B comprises of topics from the domain or courses selected by the students.

CUCET 2018 Admit Card

  • The CUCET Admit Card 2018 will tentatively be available to download from the first week of May 2018.
  • Candidates have to download the Admit Card from the official website of CUCET and take a printout of the same.
  • Admit Card will have details like Roll number, Exam Date, timing, Exam Centre, etc.
  • It is compulsory for candidates to carry the Admit Card at the time of examination.

CUCET 2018 Result

The CUCET Result 2018 will tentatively be declared till the 3rd week of June 2018. Candidates can check the CUCET Result 2018 via online through the website by entering their details like Roll no, Name, etc. After the declaration of Result candidates must take a printout of the CUCET Result for further use.

CUCET 2018 Counselling
