Steps to fill out the COMEDK PGET 2017 Application form
Step 1: You will be required to enter their full name as it appears in your Class 10th and SSCL Marks card.
Step 2: The next step is to select the course that you are applying for i.e. Faculty Select the course Medical / Dental. Also ensure that you do meet the eligibility criteria for the selected course.
Step 3: You will be required to enter your email id as well as Mobile number. Also do select Unique ID Proof (Voter ID, Passport, PAN Card, Driving Licence and Adhar Card)
Step 4: Post the successful registration you will now receive a User Id and a password on the registered Mobile Number and email id. You will have to click on Edit button which will be directed to COMEDK PGET 2017 Application Form.
Step 4: Now you will be required to log in with your User Id and Password in order to complete the COMEDK OGET 2017 application process.
Step 5: You will have to enter your personal details such as your name, category, parents name, corresponding address, date of birth, nationality, etc. and other information as required in the application form.
Step 6: You will also have to mention your education qualification, internship detail, name of the Institution Last Studied, Other entrance exams being pursued, Please enter the total marks obtained in each year during the course of study in MBBS / BDS Please ensure that the marks entered by you include the marks obtained in the theory, practical papers, internal Assessment, grace marks, and viva also for all the subjects of the respective years
Step 7: You will have to upload the scanned copy of ‘Unique ID Proof’ selected in application Form. Photograph must be a recent (not more than three months) colour with light background. The same image / photo should be used for all the subsequent processes such as in the Test Admission Ticket and the one used at time of counselling. Signature must be done by the candidate himself/herself in a white paper with a black pen. Dimensions should be 35 x 80 mm and Maximum file size should be 80 kb. The image should be of .jpg or .jpeg format.
For those of you who have completed your education in a foreign university where there is no prevalence of a marking system and only grades are awarded you will have to indicate your respective grade and will have to attach the authenticated grade reports that provide marks equivalent ranges issued by the university in which the candidate has studied. Documents in a language other than English should be accompanied by a translated English copy duly authenticated and notarized. The same should produce during the time of counselling.

Offline payment procedure:
You are supposed to follow the given steps in order to complete the payment in the offline mode.
Step 1: You will have to select Offline (Challan based) Payment option
Step 2: You will have to now enter Captcha and Submit the application and do ensure to check entered details before submission.
Step 3: On Application view page, there will be a Tab ‘Challan’ and you will have to click on the Challan Tab and Download the Pre-printed Challan
Step 4: You will now have to make the Application fees payment in authorized Axis bank branches
Step 5: You will have to Re-Log in to the Application Portal
Step 6: Then upload the Signed/Sealed Challan scanned copy
Step 7: And enter the Signed/Sealed Challan details
