The registration procedure for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2016 closed on September 27 and this year, the number of applicants rose to 2, 32,434 compared to previous years 2, 18,664, as per the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. The examination will be conducted on December 4.
As per the official notification, the IIMs will organize CAT in two sessions for admission to various management programmes.
All of you who want to appear for the examination must possess minimum a Bachelors degree in any discipline from a well known institute/university.
You would be selected based on Group Discussion (GD) Personal Interviews (PI) and Written Ability Test (WAT) round.
