SNAP 2018 Cutoff – The cutoff percentile of SNAP 2018 will be released by each participating institute of SIU since the result has been declared on 10th January 2019 at 4 pm. Now coming back to the SNAP 2018 cutoff that varies every year depending on the factors such as the availability of seats, difficulty level of the exam, previous year’s cutoff etc. Further, each participating institute will release the cutoff percentile and the candidates if fulfill the cutoff released by the participating institutions will get shortlisted for the further round of selection procedure wherein the candidates have to go through Group Exercise (GE), Writing Ability Test (WAT), and Personal Interaction (PI) rounds.     SNAP 2018 Selection Procedure

    The selection procedure of SNAP 2018 will begin after the declaration of the result that has been done on 10th January 2019. Further, the selection procedure round involves three steps following with the entrance exam and shortlisting of the candidates based on the marks scored in the exam. The next step is Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI), and Writing Ability Test (WAT). After the completion of these rounds, final merit list will be released by the participating institutes.

    There are 15 participating institutes that will offer admission by accepting SNAP and each of these institutes will release their cutoff as well as the list of the shortlisted candidates. Further, all the shortlisted candidates will be called to attend the GD and PI round. Based on their performance the candidates will be selected for the final admission.

    In essay writing the candidates will be given any topic on which they will have to write a short story or an essay or the candidates will be given some picture based topic. This kind of easy is known as picture narration.

    Group Discussion–  In this round, the candidates will be divided into two groups that are pros and cons and a topic will be provided by the authority where the candidates will have to speak on the same topic. The marks given will be based on how precisely you observe the candidates, do you give time to your teammates to speak, and your logical interpretation etc.

    Personal Interview round – In this round 4-5 judge will be there who will be judging your overall personality, the way you speak, your expression and the documents you have submitted. So be careful about your gesture.

    After the completion of all these rounds, the final merit will prepare considering the following such as scores of entrance exam and performance of GD and PI round.
