Association of Management Schools (AIMS), the conducting body of MAT has declared the MAT 2018 result on 24th December 2018 in online mode. So, the candidates must download their result by visiting the official website as it will not be sent to any of the candidates via post. Now, as the result has been declared, each participating institute will release the cutoff and those fulfilling the minimum qualifying marks will get shortlisted for the further round of selection procedure post which they can get into their choice of college/institute for postgraduate management programs such as MBA, PGDM, PGDBA etc.

Downloading the MAT 2018 result is quite simple as the candidates have to go to the official website of AIMA MAT. Secondly, click on the link to download the result which is available on the home page. Further, enter the registration number and roll number after which the AIMA MAT 2018 result will appear on the screen. Lastly, download it and take the hard copy of the same. Also, candidates must check the scorecard on which overall, as well as sectional marks of the candidates, will be mentioned.

    Since it is mentioned above that the conducting authority will not send the hard copy of MAT 2018 scorecard, but the candidates can get the same through SMS. To acquire the result via SMS, one has to type their application number followed with the Date of Birth with suffix MATS in block letters and send it to 54242. The facility to obtain the result through SMS is applicable for all mobile operators.

    For the candidates who lost their result or scorecard and wish to get a duplicate one has to write an application urging AIMA to provide MAT 2018 scorecard. With an application, attach a photocopy of the lower half of the MAT 2018 admit card and send it in a self-addressed envelope with the size of 24 cm X 12 cm. The address should be written in block letters and a postal stamp of Rs. 40 in order to send via speed post. Lastly, send the urging letter to the official address of AIMA.

    Lastly, candidates are recommended to download the result on a priority basis and check all the mentioned details on result. After all, prepare properly for the further round of selection procedure that involves Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds conducted by each participating institute.
