Karnataka PGCET MBA 2019 Eligibility Criteria – The common entry test Karnataka PGCET or Karnataka Post Graduate exam is carried out by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). Candidates through this exam get admission to the 1st year MBA/M. Arch/MCA/ME/M. Tech and part-time M. Tech (QIP) and 2nd year of MCA program. Karnataka PGCET MBA 2019 Eligibility Criteria – MBA (Fulltime/Part-time)

    All the candidates who wish to apply for the MBA full-time or part-time degree are expected to check the Karnataka PGCET MBA 2019 Eligibility Criteria listed below

    • Applicants should have passed a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized education committee.
    • The minimum values in the qualification test for general category and SC/ST/Category I of Karnataka candidates required are 50% and 45%.
    • The candidates should have opted for mathematics as one of the main subjects of the 12th grade or the Bachelor’s degree.
    • Apart from these applicants can also have a UG degree with statistics, computer science, computer application, computer programming, business mathematics and business Statistics as one of the subjects Optional with 50% marks and 45% for reserved categories.
    • Karnataka state residents are only allowed to apply for this degree.
    • Applicants should possess a valid undergraduate degree from any recognized university.

    Karnataka PGCET MBA 2019 Eligibility Criteria – MBA (Fulltime/ Part-time)

    • Only the inhabitants of Karnataka are eligible for MCA (Lateral entry).
    • Candidates should have an eligible BCA/B. SC (Informatics/Information Science) degree from a renowned university.
    • The minimum values in the qualification test for general category and SC/ST/Category I of Karnataka candidates required are 50% and 45%.

    Karnataka PGCET MBA 2019 Eligibility Criteria – M.E./M.Tech/M.Arch

    • Candidates should have the MU degree in the respective field with 55% points (45% for SC/ST candidates).
    • GMAT Score: Candidates those who have valid scorecard must necessarily fill out the application form. But, these candidates do not need to appear on the Karnataka PGCET MBA 2019 exam.
    • Non-Karnataka candidates: These candidates can only apply for seats transferred by management, if applicable for admission to MBA/MCA courses.

    Karnataka PGCET MBA 2019 Eligibility Criteria – Government Seat Eligibility

    • An applicant must have one the schooling in the state of Karnataka at least for a continuous period of 7 years or more.
    • The Applicant must have passed either SLSC/10th or 2nd PUC/12th examination in a state-approved institution situated in the states of Karnataka.
    • Only the candidates of Karnataka state can claim PGCET 2019 entitlement to government seats in agreement with clause A, B, C, D and H for the particular courses and shall be deemed entitled to take advantage of the Karnataka PGCET reservation under this subordinate rule Claim.
    • The ex-military personnel’s son or daughter must obtain and produce a certificate indicating the home address of the parent. The certificate must be duly attested by the concerned authorities of the state.
