Know About Karnataka PGCET MBA 2019 Counselling
The counselling procedure will begin from September and will conclude in the same month once the Karnataka PGCET MBA result 2019 will be declared. It will most probably be declared in the month of August. With the announcement of the result, the list of the shortlisted candidates will be declared and the candidates to attend the counselling round must register first. Once the registration procedure is completed successfully, notification for Karnataka PGCET MBA counselling will be released by the authority having all the important dates related to counselling which will be followed with documentation verification. The verification procedure will take place in the month of September 2019 whereas the candidates who have successfully completed the documentation verification procedure will be eligible to fill the option entry form where the candidates need to select the names of the college and courses which they desire to study. After the declaration of the result, the notification will be released with the time and schedule for document verification. The Karnataka PGCET MBA 2019 Counselling Procedure consists of the following stages:
- Registration of a candidate at the listed counselling centers of Karnataka after which they are assigned with respective User ID and Password.
- The next step is Verification of the Documents – Documents will be verified which was submitted by the candidates.
- Option Entry – The candidates here need to select their choice of colleges and courses they desire to study. Further to apply for option entry the candidates need to log in with the secret keyword given in the verification slip to begin the process.
- Online Seat allotment – Seat allotment will begin soon after the successful completion of document verification and option entry.
- Reporting to the allotted institute

Karnataka PGCET MBA 2019 Counselling – Seat Allotment
The examination authority will conduct the online seat allotment procedure and the seat will be allotted based on the merit and choices submitted by the candidates. The candidates in order to get admission must pay the prescribed fee by downloading the challan from the official website and submit it to the specified bank. After submitting the fee the candidates will have to download the admission order and report to the assigned college on time and date mentioned in admission order.
Further, during the seat allotment the candidates are given three options:
Option – 1: The candidates who are satisfied with the allotted seat and are willing to report to the college will not be allowed to attend the further rounds of counselling process. Therefore, the candidates must pay the requisite fee and report on time to the college to secure the seat.
Option – 2: Suppose seat is allotted and the candidate is also satisfied but still want to participate in the next round, in that case, the candidates will have to pay the fee by downloading the challan from the official website to secure the seat allotted in the first round. But if you get a better option, in the second round then the earlier option will be canceled automatically.
Option- 3: If you are not satisfied with the allotted seat, then you can participate in the next round with already chosen options. But the candidates have to surrender their allotted seat and they also need to re-arrange the already chosen options to proceed for the next round.

After the release of the seat matrix online, the option entry process will begin. The details are furnished in the official website such as college name, course, and category wise seat available. The candidates in the option entry process have to fill the names of the college and course they will to study among the seat list available on the site and submit it.
The candidates whose documents are verified will be eligible for Karnataka PGCET MBA option entry and there is no limit for entry of option that is candidates can fill as many as options they want. But the seat will be allotted on the basis of merit and priority.
