ATMA 2018 Selection Procedure
The candidates after fulfilling the cutoff percentile released by the participating institutes the candidates are called for the further round of selection procedure that involves Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).
- Group Discussion (GD) – For Group Discussion round, 10-15 candidates are allotted in each group. After that, they are given a topic and time duration for discussion. Each candidate needs to put their point of view on that particular topic. In between the discussion that goes on among the candidates, their leadership and negotiation skills are tested. Moreover, the examiner also checks the knowledge of the candidate about the subject and the ability to take initiative for the discussion.
- Personal Interview (PI) – The candidates on the basis of their performance in group discussion round get selected for the personal interview round. In PI round, the candidates are checked by the panel of examiner where the confidence level, communication skills, presence of mind, knowledge about the subject etc. are measured.
